86th Classic Year in Review

DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION INITIATIVES The Cotton Bowl Athletic Association continued in its mission to be a champion for change in the fight against systemic racism and discrimination in the quest for equity and social justice for all through its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

FRED MCCLURE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Dallas native Shitara Taylor served as the first CBAA Fred McClure Intern, joining the staff for a six-month stint. The University of North Texas and Tarleton State University graduate supported the day-to-day operations of the CBAA office, assisted in the execution of various Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic and Cotton Bowl Foundation events and activities and played a role in the communications and media operations efforts leading up to, during and after the regular-season college football games at AT&T Stadium and the 86th Classic.

BLACK HISTORY MONTH The Cotton Bowl Athletic Association celebrated Black History Month via its website and social media platforms.
