IT’S TIME TO ACCEPT

Once you have deliberated on your various offers and chosen the one you feel is right for you, we will notify the successful buyer and their solicitor will subsequently be in touch with your own solicitors to agree dates and begin the conveyancing process.

From here on in the process is mostly managed by the solicitors of both parties, but we are always on-hand to engage, assist and advise on any matters that may arise.

Even when your property is sold, Corum will continue to liaise with you to make sure everything you require is in order.
