Once the viewing process has commenced, your Corum agent will begin to have conversations with those who have visited the property to gauge feedback and will ascertain their thoughts.

For some, the property might not be right whilst others may wish to arrange a second viewing. Then there are the interested parties, we will take their feedback onboard, confirm their thoughts and feelings on moving forward and invite them to make an offer.

We will ensure that you are presented with a detailed and concise summary of all feedback as and when we receive it.

If a client is interested in making an offer, they may initially commit to a verbal offer or a note of interest (an indication they are going to make an offer) and again, we will ensure you are brought up to speed straight away.

In order for an offer to be formalised, it needs to come via the buyers chosen solicitor and this would usually follow on from a verbal offer or note of interest.
