Administrator- Jessica Albert, Principal, Student Support Center “Mrs. Albert has made it her mission to increase student attendance and academics. She did home visits before school began and she welcomes all her students every morning with a fist bump and a ‘Good Morning.’ She is very open and welcoming with her staff and their ideas to create a positive campus for our students.” Auxiliary- Haidra Lira, Senior Administrative Assistant to Principal, James W. Fannin Elementary School “Mrs. Lira gives 110 percent each day. When the principal and assistant principal were out, she automatically went into action and made sure teachers had what they needed. She is at the front door greeting students every morning. She also helped come up with Fannin’s theme, ‘Everyone is welcome here, everyone belongs.’”

Certified/professional- Dawn Foster, Dyslexia Specialist “During the 2020-2021 school year, Dawn evaluated over 500 students for dyslexia. Her passion and dedication to ensure all students are identified, our teachers are educated and our parents feel supported and are armed with knowledge is unparalleled. She follows up with students to see how they are feeling and doing in their classes. She makes sure students know they have a person they can count on.”
