District hosts cybersecurity training
Our district is taking proactive steps to protect student and staff data. The District partnered with the Cybersecurity Coalition for Education to host the K–12 cybersecurity training event.
Educators from across the district gathered to learn how to identify AI-powered phishing attempts, protect sensitive information, and reduce vulnerabilities within school systems. Training sessions highlighted the importance of verifying messages, recognizing harmful links and attachments and staying aware of tactics used to target schools. This work ensures CCISD remains vigilant in keeping personal information safe.
