James Garcia, Fine Arts Specialist Mr. Garcia saw an opportunity to showcase the incredible talent of students before the holidays and developed a plan to ensure they were seen and heard. A colleague noted they saw many smiles on students’ faces as they performed in the Administration Building. Thanks to James, students had the opportunity to share their musical talents and provide joy to employees.

Jessica Fancher, Barnes Elementary School Instructional Paraprofessional Miss Fancher takes car duty Above the Line. She dresses up as a traffic cone to get the students and parents laughing, which helps during morning drop off. She is always the first to ask how she can help when it comes to cafeteria duty or campus events. She goes out of her way to make sure students participate and gain experiences from school events.
