Foot Solutions are celebrating after winning the accolade as Plymouth’s top business for customer service. Around 400 companies were nominated for the Herald-sponsored City Centre and Waterfront Awards and 12,000 votes were cast by members of the public.
The team at Foot Solutions captured the coveted best customer service award because they attracted the most votes from customers. Andrew Scowcroft, owner of Foot Solutions, said: “We’re honoured to have won this award.
