Dear Valued Clients, On behalf of the developer, we bring to you the following updates from the construction site of Lygon Place in Melbourne, Australia, as at January 2019. CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT UPDATE WORKS COMPLETED • Basement 2 - Mechanical Ductwork, Plumbing Pipework and Fire Sprinkler Pipes installed. • Ramp Entry - Plumbing Pipework installed. • Lygon St Scaffold & Canopy Frame erected. WORKS IN PROGRESS • Level 1 windows subfames beginning to be installed. • Services Works beginning on Retaul tenancies SUMMARY Works are currently on track and to be completed by the end of 2019
