Dear Valued Client, Here is a summary of works so far: New guttering installed at adjacent party wall building Masonry work complete Cladding & rails commenced last week to conclude party wall works Site strip initial phase continuing Main site clearance commenced, approximately 250 loads to be removed Concrete pouring for strip foundations ongoing Steel Framework order placed, delivery anticipated 3rd / 4th week of August for delivery and erection Designated teams are on-site performing necessary evaluations and foundation-based activities in preparation for the arrival of the steel frame. We will keep you updated with the progress and any changes as development continues.
