Cooper Carry’s Residential Studio has designed a wide array of projects, including low-rise and high-rise condominiums, apartment buildings, lofts, and townhouses. With the acquisition of 505Design, we have expanded our portfolio to include single-family homes and masterplanned communities. These projects vary in scale and complexity and are often integrated into larger mixed-use developments that combine residential, office, hospitality, and retail spaces. Our designers remain attuned to changing trends in the multifamily marketplace and stay informed about the evolving preferences of consumers. This ensures that our clients receive practical, affordable, and marketable designs that cater to the needs of prospective residents.
