Since 1960, Cooper Carry has been dedicated to designing spaces that connect people to place. We are experts in the intricate architecture of mixed-use design, navigating the complexities of zoning, infrastructure, and urban planning to bring visionary developments to life. Our legacy includes landmark projects like Bethesda Row and Mizner Park, and we continue to lead with transformative destinations such as Capitol View (Nashville), Las Olas (Ft. Lauderdale), RiverPlace (Greenville, SC), Midtown Union (Atlanta), Broadwest (Nashville), and Carlyle Crossing (Alexandria, VA).
