Sundays at 2 p.m. Highpointers Two college-age women attempting to climb the highest peaks in 50 states meet their match in Wyoming. This film introduces the little known sport of “highpointing”. July 6 at noon Hillary Sir Edmund Hillary is best known as the first man to conquer Mount Everest in 1953. This dramatic series covers Sir Edmund’s greatest achievements and his personal and inspiring life story. Mondays at noon, Fridays at 11 a.m. Himalaya Connection Explore the dramatic and far-reaching effects of the Indian and Asian tectonic plates crashing below the Himalayas and their impact on the region’s geology, climate and people.
