Our brain’s super-computing powers are essential to making quick decisions for everyday life and general survival, and a majority of that processing happens without us even being aware of it. Welcome to the world of unconscious bias! Participants leave this program with the ability to:
- Identify unconscious bias and how it manifests at work
- Understand how unconscious bias impacts decision-making and relationship-building
- Implement decision-making processes that mitigate the impact of unconscious bias
- Build diverse teams and relationships that reach across lines of difference
