What To Expect
New Hire Orientation is your official kickoff into life at Consigli — a fun, interactive day designed to help you hit the ground running. You’ll get to meet team members from across the company, learn what makes our culture so special, and dive into the values that guide everything we do.
This is your chance to get the tools, knowledge, and connections that will help you thrive here — and to meet other new hires who are starting the journey with you.

A voided check or bank authorization form (for payroll).
New Hire Paperwork, Background Check & Drug Screening
Prior to Orientation, please complete your new hire paperwork (via DocuSign), your background check and your drug screening (both via HireRight). If you have questions, reach out to humanresources@consigli.com
Headshots
You will be photographed for e-mail communications (Outlook) and Marketing purposes (proposals, interviews, etc.). Please follow the guidelines below when dressing for orientation:
• Khakis, slacks, dresses, or skirts (no jeans).
• Button-down, collared, or another professional shirt. Please, no white shirts or heavily patterned attire.
• For Executive-level leadership and Project Executives, please wear a jacket or equivalent professional attire (no tie required).
SAFETY RIDE
During your Orientation session, you’ll receive details about your Safety Ride, where you’ll accompany a member of Consigli’s Safety Team to visit an active jobsite and see our work in action. Your safety ride usually takes place the day after Orientation. If you’re joining us from outside Massachusetts, you may complete it in your designated region at a later date — but please come prepared as if it will happen the day after Orientation. Remember, you’ll be on an active construction site which may have mud, uneven surfaces, exposure to weather, and more. Please dress appropriately and bring your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
PROPER PPE
Hardhat, safety glasses, safety vest, and a sturdy closed-toe hiking or work boot. You’ll receive Consigli-branded PPE at Orientation, but you will be responsible for your footwear.
LIFE AT CONSIGLI
ATTIRE
Dress for protection and keep the weather in mind. Long pants are required: jeans, khakis, or similar.

Your first few weeks in the office or on the jobsite will include introductions, training, and tools to help you start strong. Here’s what’s in store:
Connect with Your Team
You’ll have the chance to meet your new teammates and begin building those key relationships. They’ll orient you to your regional office or jobsite, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable in your new location.
Position-Specific Onboarding & Training
Your manager and teammates will guide you through rolespecific training to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. Some roles require additional training in Milford after Orientation — if that applies to you, we’ll make sure you have all the details ahead of time.
Learning Our Culture
Consigli’s culture is at the heart of everything we do, and we offer plenty of ways to help you get to know what makes us who we are. You’ll gain insight into how everything fits together and what it means to be part of the team — both professionally and personally.
