A new build mixed-use development on a brownfield site in Nottingham city centre across two buildings.

‘The Place’, has officially opened its doors to students in the first project that MRP has directly funded and brought to market as both developer and owner.

The 409-unit development offers a mix of ensuite and studio residences, complemented with generous amenity spaces, including a gym, private dining room, study and breakout areas, and a 360° rooftop terrace and sky lounge, offering spectacular panoramic views of the city.

Cannon Park

The Ewart

Dating back to 1860, the Grade B+ listed, historic building has been sensitively restored to its former glory and transformed to physically connect to a contemporary high specification 17-storey tower at its rear.

The Ewart’s unique characteristics such as its stone façade and copper domes have been retained within the restoration to ensure its heritage is protected for future generations.

Maldron Renfrew Street

Construction of the first Maldron brand hotel in Scotland, comprising 300 bedrooms centally located within the business district of Glasgow, which was forward funded by Aberdeen Standard.

The 12-storey hotel achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating and includes a bar, restaurant business suite and gym facilities. The hotel has been designed with red and blonde sandstone along with red and buff brick.

Vita Gough Street

A new high-quality student accommodation development comprising of 540 VITA Student residences, generous common areas and landscaped external spaces.

Designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating, the building will also provide over 200 cycling parking spaces, along with outdoor terraces and a rooftop outdoor area on Level 29. Additionally, a roof terrace on Level 10 will include a bio-green roof garden. Construction has commenced on site with completion due in August 2026.

Broadway Central

A new build mixed-use development on a brownfield site in Glasgow city centre across two buildings, with the 4-star 300 bed Maldron already delivered in 2021.

The PBSA element of the scheme will deliver 432 units within a 16-storey building to also include amenity spaces at ground floor and upper level. Construction commenced onsite September 2024 with delivery by August 2026.

The accommodation is designed to prioritise environmental sustainability, targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC ‘A’ rating.

Weavers Cross

Weavers Cross is a transport led mixed-use regeneration project in Belfast city centre. MRP have been appointed by Translink as Development Partner to develop this once in a generation piece of city placemaking.

Spanning approximately 1.5 million square feet of space across ten plots and with an estimated Gross Development Value of £500M, Weavers Cross is Northern Ireland’s single most ambitious and, crucially, sustainable mixed-use endeavour, comprising grade A office, living, leisure and public realm spaces.

The mixed use commercial and residential development includes Saltwater Square, Worx Innovation Campus and Flax Yards.

Weavers Cross surrounds Belfast Grand Central Station, developed and operated by Translink, a £340m flagship investment project which is the largest integrated transport facility on the island of Ireland.

The station and wider development site is of strategic importance to NI and will be a key driver of greener economic growth for Belfast and beyond.

Belfast Grand Central Station became fully operational in the autumn of 2024. The station is expected to accommodate 20 million passenger journeys per annum and enhances local and international connectivity on all bus and rail journeys alongside active travel.

There is also a new hourly Enterprise service between Grand Central Station and Connolly Station in Dublin along with direct links to all the major airports.

Weavers Cross is a Regeneration Through Reconnection project, reconnecting the city locally, nationally and internationally.

Sustainability is at the forefront of the project, through intelligent building design, energy conservation, material use and consideration of footfall and traffic. Furthermore, all buildings within the project will be fully electric, and therefore benefit from 100% renewable energy tariffs.

The Sixth is a major redevelopment project that will bring the iconic former Belfast Telegraph building back into active use.

BRIGHTON Portland Building

Brighton’s newest office in the heart of the town centre. The building provides 30,000 sq.ft of Grade A office space and is 75% let to 3 tenants with one 6,800 sq. ft floor remaining. Tenants include Close Brothers, Inizio Evoke and DMH Stallard. The building benefits from sea views from the available floor and communal roof terrace. With a dedicated cycle ramp, cycle storage, maintenance stand, lockers, showers and a drying room, the building provides all the amenities modern occupiers require.

Sustainability credentials include EPC ‘A’ rating, BREEAM Excellent, PV panels for on-site energy generation and extensive living green walls and roofs throughout.

Kildress House was originally developed over 35 years ago by MRP as a three-storey office block and following significant investment, has transformed into a six-storey Grade A office development providing 22,200 sq. ft of prime workspace. Heathervale House is a five-storey Grade A office building located in Royal Tunbridge Wells town centre, an affluent commuter town, south east of London. Exceptional South East location, situated less than a 5-minute walk from Tunbridge Wells rail station which provides direct access to London Charing Cross with 4 trains running every hour. The 28,510 sq. ft building is fully let to a single tenant, Thomson Snell & Passmore LLP, a law firm who have been located in Tunbridge Wells for over 450 years. Navan Town Centre

MRP has assembled a strategic 22.27 acre site in at Navan town centre Zoned ‘Objective B1 –Commercial/Town or Village Centre’, which seeks ‘to protect, provide for and/or improve town and village centre facilities and uses’. The lands are identified under the Meath County Development Plan as the future expansion of Navan town centre and location for the new train station which will extend from Dunboyne to Navan.

MRP are working in close collaboration with Meath County Council to develop a masterplan for the site and surrounds that will facilitate the basis for future planning applications. This diverse site could deliver in upwards of 700 new homes, other forms of residential, health care, commercial and leisure facilities. Navan is within 30minutes communing distance via M3 motorway, however the new rail extension will improve these times are reduce commuters reliance on cars.
