CTUIR Board of Trustees sworn in In front of more than 200 people jammed into the rotunda at the Nixyaawii Governance Center, the new Board of Trustees for the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation was sworn in by Tribal Court Judge William Johnson on Dec. 4. From left, the new board includes Armand Minthorn, atlarge member; Boots Pond, at-large member; Sally Kosey, secretary; Jill-Marie Gavin, at-large member; Corrine Sams, at-large member; Sandra Sampson, treasurer; Jeremy Wolf, vice-chair; and Kat Brigham, chair.
