EMPLOYEES of the Month
Dedication to his job. I don’t think a lot of people appreciate the amount of work that goes into even the smallest banquets here at WRC. During EPSON, for over a week I watched as Vicente was here late into the night. Every time I saw him, he had a smile on his face and he was on the move making sure everything was set up ready to go. There were times where things were mixed up and the wrong thing was prepared but Vicente didn’t stress; he rolled with the pleasure of working with him on other events and to see his leadership skills was very refreshing. He made sure to answer all my questions and he is always telling his crew good job and giving them positive feedback. Hands down, if anyone deserve this award, it is Vicente.
Trevor is extremely outgoing and funny. Every interaction you see between Trevor and guests is genuinely positive. Trevor always knows how to make guests laugh as well.
From the day I arrived at Hamleys Katherine has been the ROCK. Whatever I need I have been able to ask her and she has been able to provide me with the answer. And I have asked a lot of questions. When I had a everything in it to guide me through. She as well as other staff provided us with details to help guide us through a successful Whisky Fest and Round Up. She has help me navigate my way around the POS, she trained me on the audit process. She has always been willing to help out with when we have been shorthanded working extra time for Whisky Fest and Round Up as security when our security didn’t show up. She even got a glass of beer dumped on her head working security at one of the events. When she gets contacted by staff on her days off with issues related to the POS or their banks she doesn’t bookkeeper, count clerk and she works with the kitchen to place the food order multiple times per week to make sure we have product. They use multiple list to compare items and pricing to ensure we have a high quality product at the low price. She is a team member that is committed to providing a high quality experience for our guest both internal and external.
