Mango kissel mix 1.8 kg
Mango-flavored kissel mix for preparing mango kissel or mango soup. Just add water.
Preparation: Gradually add the kissel powder to water in a steady stream. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth. Allow the kissel/soup to set in a cold place for at least 30 minutes, so the starch can swell. Stir the kissel/soup until smooth and serve.
Dosage:
Kissel: 225 g of powder + 9 dl of water
Soup: 150 g of powder + 9 dl of water
Ingredients: Sugar (60%), modified potato starch, maltodextrin, mango powder (5%), apple powder (2.7%), acidity regulator, natural flavor (mango), color. Origin of sugar: EU or non-EU.
Chokolate mousse lactose-free 1 kg
Chocolate mousse mix for preparing a deliciously smooth and rich chocolate mousse. When prepared with lactose-free semi-skimmed milk, the product is lactose-free.
Preparation: Mix the chocolate mousse powder into cold lactose-free semi-skimmed milk drink. Whip vigorously for 6–10 minutes, depending on the batch size. Portion into serving bowls. Allow to set for at least 30 minutes or overnight, depending on the portion size. The yield of the finished mousse may vary depending on the efficiency of the whipping equipment.
Dosage: 1 kg chocolate mousse mix + 2.25 L lactose-free semi-skimmed milk drink = 5 L of ready-to-serve chocolate mousse.
Ingredients: Chocolate powder (sugar, cocoa powder), vegetable fat preparation (glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm*), emulsifier (E471, E472a, E472e, milk protein)), modified maize starch (E1442), gelatine (beef), colour (E150c), salt.
Promix cold-preparation sauce bases are suitable for sauces, soups, baking, and other savory dishes.
Using cold preparation helps streamline professional kitchen operations. Developed and produced in Naantali at Condite’s own factory.
Cold preparation: Mix the dry ingredients into cold water and stir until smooth. Let rest for 3–5 minutes and stir gently. The prepared sauce/soup can be stored cold at below +3 °C for up to 72 hours. The sauce/soup must be heated to at least +72 °C before serving.
Preparation for immediate serving: Mix the dry ingredients into cold or hot water and bring to a boil.
Dosage:
Light and brown sauce: 65 g of powder per 1 L of water. The entire package yields 23 L of sauce.
Tomato sauce: 75 g of powder per 1 L of water. The entire package yields 20 L of sauce.

Easy-to-use ready meal ingredients in two delicious flavors: chicken risotto and Italian stew. Developed and produced in Naantali at Condite’s own factory. The products are also Heart Symbol (Sydänmerkki) certified, making them a healthier choice for everyday meals.
The package yields one full 1/1 GN pan, approximately 5 kg of ready-to-serve food.
1. Place the meal ingredients in a 1/1 GN pan add 3.6 L of water, mixing well.
2. Cook in the oven using the steam function without a lid for 30 minutes.
