Our Bangladesh plant has fire prevention systems, including alarms, sprinklers, and fire extinguishers. The staff is trained for emergencies, and regular fire drills are organised.
Our first aid team, made up of trained medical professionals, is always on-site with medical supplies to handle emergencies. We also provide regular first aid training for employees. The plant also has a fully equipped medical room available during working hours to provide quick medical care when needed.
We have a dedicated childcare room with trained caregivers, offering a safe and engaging environment for employees’ children while they work. This helps employees balance work and family.
We believe in giving back to our local community. Through our charity program, we donate our handmade jackets to children in local orphanages, ensuring they stay warm and cared for. A small gesture, but one that makes a difference.
