OUR FABRICS COMPLIANT IN ESD ENVIRONMENT

ABOUT ESD

ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) is a key concern in many industries, especially in environments with sensitive electronic equipment. Even a minor discharge can potentially damage these components. To reduce this risk, protective clothing made from antistatic fabrics plays a crucial role.

Our fabrics are engineered to minimize the build-up of static electricity on the garment’s surface, reducing the risk of ESD. They meet stringent requirements for electrical surface resistance and are fully compliant with EN ISO 1149-1, ensuring effective electrostatic control in ESD-sensitive environments.

COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE

When tested according to EN 61340-4-9, our fabric fulfills the related requirements for use in Electrostatic Protected Areas (EPA) garments. This testing confirms that our fabric provides reliable protection against electrostatic discharge, making it fully suitable and offering protection against electrostatic hazards in critical environments such as cleanrooms, manufacturing electronics.

By choosing our fabric, you help ensure that your garments meet electrostatic protection standards, supporting safety and performance in ESD-sensitive environments.
