Video is the future, especially in Real Estate.. All social media platforms are pushing and promoting video to all its users, which means this is what buyers are trained to react highly to. A small but effective marketing technique that I like to use is placing an Open House sign in the front yard that you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot, and putting “Open House Everyday, Call For Details” then putting your number below. This really helps attract buyers that drive by and are interested. You then can tell them that the open house is when they want it to be, AKA: A Showing. This works great for my listings.
