Longtime library patrons will surely recognize Bridget as one of our friendly faces at the front desk for the last 13 years! What started as her second job, eventually became her only job.

Bridget hails from Springdale, where she lives with her husband Gary and their Jack Russell terrier Sydney, and feline companions Nacho and Queso. She has 3 daughters: Johanna, Eliza, and Caroline; and two grandsons: 6year old Amari and 3-month old Jaxon.

Biography, thrillers, and suspense are Bridget’s favorite genres, and she would meet J R R Tolkien if she could meet one author She does reread books that she loves, but prefers enjoying one book at a time.

Personal heroes include Danny Stahl, the man who hired her to work at his stables in exchange for riding lessons and eventually a job working with horses. Also, her husband Gary and daughter Caroline , who have overcome incredible obstacles and still proceed through life with grace

Favorite movies include Catch Me If You Can and Rogue One, a Star Wars Movie. Reading One Italian Summer by Rebecca Serle has inspired Bridget to want to visit Positano, Italy. Picture books she will read to her brand new grandson will be The Princess & The Pea, Hands to Heart, and Peter Rabbit.
