NEIGHBOURHOOD PHYSICAL CONTEXT - Located northwest of downtown in Toronto, Canada - Northern boundary: Rogers Road - Eastern boundary: Oakwood Avenue - Southern boundary: Davenport Road - Western boundary: CNR - Streetcars runs along St. Claire West -  Highway 401 is located a couple of streets north of this neighbourhood -  Bloor subway line located south of our southern boundary

CONCLUSION Unique Physical Features: Our boundary consists of a well balanced stable neighbourhood that offer many unique characteristics and features. Features include: Physical: Buildings are placed on a uphill slope/slant. Cultural: Historical Landmarks/monuments Social: Schools, Churches, Public, Libraries, Community Centre – promote social growth and interaction within the community. Ecological: Parks, and Open space(s) Economic: Shops, restaurants, banks, medical, and commercial buildings located along St.Clair W. Present Contributions: High accessibility due to the mixed land uses within walk able distances

and also public transit routes near all major roads making travelling easier. Future Contributions: Intensification along major roads such as St.Clair Avenue West as it is one

of the future goals listed in the Official Plan. This will help to bring future development into Davenport.
