Lifetime Agent Loyalty Program CLLC’s new loyalty program offers agents a rewarding commission structure along with exclusive agent privileges. Our LALP accumulates the total number of weeks sold by you throughout your entire business relationship with us. CLLC will monitor your progress to ensure that you receive the appropriate commission rate. Once your number of paid tuition weeks exceeds 599,

CLLC will determine your LALP category as shown below. Our LALP is divided into four packages: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

If a Letter of Acceptance is required by mail, international shipping fees apply. Wire fees vary based on the senders country and payment type. Students studying more than 24 weeks can take advantage of a flexible payment plan. Students have the option of paying in 8 week intervals with the next payment due 4 weeks before the previous payment end date. VISA International Airfare Rebate Card: Eligible students will receive their CLLC VISA Gift Card prior to the completion of their course if their payment has been made. Cards cannot be shipped and the value cannot be changed for an extra discount on courses or given to the student in cash. CLLC is not responsible for lost or replacement cards. A $20 fee is charged by VISA to replace lost cards. CLLC VISA cards have an expiry date displayed on the front of the card. Students are advised to use the entire amount before the card expires. The card may not be used for any purpose after the expiry date and any unused balance will be lost. The VISA card is to be used at merchants and retailers only. Attempts to use the card at an ATM or for “cash back” transactions will be declined. If a student does not complete their course, the gift card will be deducted from the eligible refund. CLLC Refund Policy To be eligible for a tuition refund, the student must give written notice that student intend to withdraw from the program. For eligible refunds, claims will be paid up to 100% of the remaining balance minus application fees, wire transfer fees, commission fees and promotional fees (if received). For eligible refunds the student will receive 100% of any unused homestay fees or medical insurance fees. The student will not be eligible for a refund if the student must withdraw due to inappropriate, unacceptable, or violent behavior. If a student cancelled the course prior to the date on the Letter of Acceptance, this student will receive a complete refund (Minus application and bank fees). If a student was registered or the program was extended through a third party (agent), the student will receive the refund from them.
