Dear friend, Thank you for choosing CLLC! I’m very excited to share our “2017 Commission, Prices & Promotion” with you. This 2017 Commission, Prices & Promotion is unlike anything you’ve seen. I’ve heard it described as “the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.” So, if you’d like your own pot of gold, just follow the step by step instructions included and I promise your business will reach new heights. You might have noticed the two cute characters on our cover. As you know, the seal is named Seal C and is CLLC’s mascot. You can learn more about him at CLLC.ca/seal-c. The other character’s name is Lugza, a member of the islBooking family which can be found at islbooking.com. Lugza is CLLC’s newest partner in providing you and your students some of the the best options and prices available in the industry. I’m thrilled that we’re finally working together for your benefit. The link between CLLC and Lugza will become clear as we take you step-by-step through our registration process. On top of all this, I’m also excited to mention our CLLC team. First, In 2010, CLLC’s LARP was designed to continue rewarding you throughout our business relationship. It’s similar to airline and hotel reward programs. At CLLC you never lose your status if you don’t send students for months or even years. See detailed information on the following page.

Price Second, we know it might be overwhelming to capture all school prices for all courses. Therefore, we have created an easy Instant Quote calculator to provide your students with an immediate quote. Instant Quotes include current CLLC promotions and discounts so you can share them with your students. Excluding commission from the quote helps you protect your privacy.
Third, we suggest you check Lugza.com before providing your student with the CLLC Instant Quote as you maybe able to find better promotions for your students. The 2017 CPP includes all needed steps to find these special deals. However, remember that these promotions are NET prices and you will need to add your own commission. 1

LARP
Lifetime Agency Rewards Program (LARP) Up to 35% Commission!
Terms & Conditions: Commission is paid on tuition minus discounts. Commission is paid on initial and extended courses. Commission is paid within 30 days upon receiving an invoice. No commission on the “LARP Free/Credit” weeks & scholarships. For invoicing, such weeks will be treated as discounts. The “LARP Free/Credit” weeks aren’t included in your 100 sold weeks to earn the 1% commission increase. Commission rate remains the same regardless of your student’s nationality. Students can’t receive a discount without applying through an agency. Student discount may vary based on CLLC’s forecast. To verify your LARP status please contact CLLC Vice President Mike Murray (mike@CLLC.ca) or your CLLC regional Agent Alliance Manager. CLLC reserves the right to modify and or cancel the LARP program without further notice.

As shown in the diagram below, you can increase your commission by 1% for every 100 sold weeks, up to a maximum of 30%. Once your commission increases, it will never go back. Additionally, receive a credit-note of 1 FREE week every time you sell 20 paid weeks. Your credit-note can be used against future invoices.

Step 3 - Getting your Instant Quote: Once all information is entered, click ”Calculate.” You will then see a detailed quote as shown in the image to the right. The quote shown is an actual quote for 4 weeks tuition and homestay based on CLLC’s 2017 prices. You can share this quote with your students as it doesn’t include commission. To calculate your commission please see the formula below: $1280 - $160 = $1 120 (4 weeks tuition)

Welcome!
Check CLLC’s partner dynamic pricing site, Lugza.com, and you may be able to find a better tuition deal for your student and agency. Lugza.com is a new website similar to booking.com or hotwire.com that gives you access to the lowest possible prices schools can offer based on Yield Management / Dynamic Pricing. Only trusted agents who have been given a username and password are able to access Lugza.com. If you don’t have a username and password please email info@islbooking.com and they will provide you with one.
Step 4 - Selecting CLLC schools To select CLLC, first choose the language you wish to study and the country of study. Please select English and Canada

Step 5 - Entering the information Enter the information in the following fields: Number of study weeks Start date Home country City student would like to study in

Step 6 - Finding your deal Select the lowest priced deal available for your student. Deals that are available for your student will have a blue “Book Now” button on them. Simply click “Book Now” and the deal will be held for your student at no cost until you are ready to confirm. Many agents today book several deals ahead of time, at no cost, to promote them to their students. After booking you will receive a notification e-mail with the booking information, including a deadline to confirm. Due to the demand, deals on Lugza.com are booked very quickly. This confirmation deadline gives you the power to quickly close the deal.

Step 7 - Comparing prices The example to the right shows a deal of $700 per 4 weeks tuition on Lugza.com. Let’s imagine you are at 25% commission and wanted to compare your CLLC Instant Quote regular price to the Lugza. com deal. Please see below: Your CLLC Instant Quote tuition fee for 4 weeks is $1280 Your student tuition gross invoice will be $1280 - $160 (student discount) = $1120 If your commission rate is at 25%, your commission will be $1120 x 25% = $280 Your agency net tuition invoice will be: $1280 - $160 - $280 = $840 WOW! By using Lugza.com the same 4 weeks of tuition is only $700! You have earned an additional $140 ($840 $700) Do you need to know how to confirm your $700 Lugza.com deal? Please see the next step.

Step 8 - Confirming your order You can confirm your order by logging in to Lugza.com or by clicking the link that you received by e-mail from Lugza.com. Once you have access to the page to the right please review the Order Details before you click the “confirm� button.

Step 9 - Linking student to order After you click “confirm”, a screen will pop up that looks like the one to the right. This step is to help agents avoid confusion that may occur if several orders have been purchased for a number of students. Simply enter the student information below: First & last name Date of Birth Home country Gender English level Click “next” to make your payment deposit.

Step 10 - Paying the deposit Lugza.com charges a $15 per week non-refundable deposit. Don’t worry though, Lugza.com’s strategy is to deduct the deposit from the school’s net price. As our 4 week example totalled $700, please see below: Deposit payment: $15 x 4 weeks = $60 Remaining tuition amount to be paid directly to the school: $700 - $60 = $640 Make sure to click the button “Make your Payment” before the deadline to avoid losing this deal.

Step 11 - Registering your student Once you click “Make your Payment” you will see the screen to the right. Please enter the following information into the secure Lugza.com payment system: Agent email address Credit card number Expiration date CVC number (the three digit security code at the back of your card) Click “Remember me”(if you would like to store your credit card information) Then click “Pay CAD $60.00” This deposit will show as being paid on your invoice when you receive it from CLLC. You will also receive a receipt and Confirmation Code via email. This code is required by CLLC to validate your deal and is necessary to complete the Student Application.

Step 12 Registering your student Once you have paid your deposit the screen to the right will pop up. By clicking the “Register Student” button, you will be directed to CLLC’s Website.

Terms & Conditions CLLC Refund Policy CLLC Deals offered on Lugza.com are NET prices, therefore, no commission is offered. CLLC Deals offered on Lugza.com cannot be transferred to other programs. CLLC’s Refund Policy shown on this page, is applicable for only regular CLLC deals. CLLC’s Refund Policy shown on this page, is applicable for Lugza.com deals, however, the “tuition” is the net tuition price that CLLC received minus the Lugza.com deposit. CLLC 2017 promotions and prices are effective for applications submitted between September 1, 2016, and December 31, 2017. Quotes are valid for 18 months from the application submission date and application payment. Promotions are only offered to students whose agents pay CLLC upfront. This promotion is for agents only (it will not be offered to retail students) & it applies to all CLLC campuses. All CLLC campuses offer the same prices. Students studying more than 24 weeks can take advantage of a flexible payment plan. Students have the option of paying in 8 week intervals with the next payment due 4 weeks before the previous payment end date. Credit notes, scholarships and any other promotion cannot be combined with CLLC Promotions. If a Letter of Acceptance is required by mail, international shipping fees apply. Wire fees vary based on the senders country and payment type. Please request CLLC’s approval before including CLLC promotions on your website or any marketing materials. To be eligible for a tuition refund, students must give written notice that they intend to withdraw from their program. For eligible refunds, students will receive 100% of any unused homestay fees or medical insurance fees. CLLC does not refund tuition fees that have been paid through a CLLC agent. Students must speak to their agent directly. No refund if the student is dismissed permanently from the school for the following reasons: Illegal drug or alcohol use. Possession of firearms or other deadly weapons. Highly inappropriate conduct (verbal, physical, sexual) at school or on school activities. Any refunds are given at the discretion of management. A full refund (Less any agent commission and non-refundable fees) may be granted to the student on compassionate grounds. This refund is given at the discretion of management.
