25+5+5 = up to 35% Commission! Earn with CLLC’s Commission Reward System: Lifetime Agency Loyalty Program - LALP With the LALP, your commission starts at 25%. As shown in the diagram below, you can increase your commission up to 30% throughout your business life-time with CLLC. Once you reach the 30% mark, your commission will never go back. With the LALP, receive a “Congratulations” email with a credit-note of 1 FREE week every time you sell 20 Paid Weeks. This is equal to an additional 5% commission on your current rate. Agent commission is calculated based on the NET tuition fees. Current discount value varies based on nationality and year-long forecasting done at the beginning of each calendar year to ensure a beneficial student diversity. Remember, your student discount varies by nationality, but your commission stays the same regardless of student nationality.

Terms & Conditions Promotion : In order to benefit from the 2016 25+5+5 Promotion advanced payment is required. The promotion is only offered to students whose agents pay CLLC upfront. This promotion is for agents only (it will not be offered to retail students) & it applies to all CLLC campuses. All CLLC campuses offer the same prices. The promotion begins on November 15th, 2015 and is in effect until August 30th, 2016. Please note that the payment deadline is also August 30th, 2016. This promotion applies to all full-time and diploma courses. The previous chart fees are for Course 101 Intensive General English (26 hrs 15 mins/ week). Please contact info.halifax@CLLC.ca or info.ottawa@CLLC.ca or info.toronto@CLLC.ca for promotional fees on other courses. Our tuition discount will apply on extensions for payments made by August 30th, 2016. Please contact info.halifax@CLLC.ca or info.ottawa@CLLC.ca or info.toronto@CLLC.ca if your student is extending. Please request CLLC’s approval before including CLLC promotions on your website or any marketing materials. All fees are in Canadian dollars. Credit notes, scholarships and any other promotion can’t be combined with 2016 25+5+5 Promotion. CLLC reserves the right to change this promotion at any time and with no forewarning. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise specified. If a Letter of Acceptance is required by mail, international shipping fees apply. Wire fees vary based on the senders country and payment type. Students studying more than 24 weeks can take advantage of a flexible payment plan. Students have the option of paying in 8 week intervals with the next payment due 4 weeks before the previous payment end date.
CLLC Refund Policy To be eligible for a tuition refund, the student must give written notice that he or she intends to withdraw from the program, reasons for their withdrawal, and must receive management approval. For eligible refunds, claims will be paid up to 50% of the remaining tuition balance minus application fees and wire transfer fees. For eligible refunds the student will receive 100% of any unused homestay fees or medical insurance fees. The student will not be eligible for a refund if he or she must withdraw due to inappropriate, unacceptable, or violent behavior. If a student cancelled the course prior to the date on the Letter of Acceptance, a valid reason for cancellation is required to process a complete refund (Minus application and bank fees). If a student was registered or the program was extended through a third party (agent), the student will receive the refund from them, if approved.
