Unlike all other schools , your student tuition discount at CLLC doesn’t mean a decrease in your commission. Your commission is going to be paid on the gross price, not on the net price. At CLLC, commission rates start at 25% and ends at 30%. If we assume your commission is at 27%, then your actual commission calculated as below: CLLC’s tuition price is $295 per week, and CLLC offers your students 10% tuition discount which equals $29.5, and Without the Extreme promotion, your commission will be paid on the net price which equals $295 - $29.5 = $265.5 x 27% = $71.7 commission/week. However, you will be rewarded with $295 x 27% = $79.7 commission/week. So
Your Actual Commission is 30% and not 27%!

Terms & Conditions Promotion : In order to benefit from the 2015 Extreme Promotion advanced payment is required. The promotion is only offered to students whose agents pay CLLC upfront. This promotion is for agents only (it will not be offered to retail students) & it applies to all CLLC campuses. All CLLC campuses offer the same prices. The promotion begins on September 15th, 2014 and is in effect until August 30th, 2015. Please note that the payment deadline is also August 30th, 2015. This promotion applies to all full-time and diploma courses. The previous chart fees are for Course 101 Intensive General English (26 hrs 15 mins/ week). Credit notes, scholarships and any other promotion can’t be combined with 2015 Extreme Promotion. CLLC reserves the right to change this promotion at any time and with no fore-warning. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise specified. If a Letter of Acceptance is required by mail, international shipping fees apply. Wire fees vary based on the senders country and payment type. Students studying more than 24 weeks can take advantage of a flexible payment plan. Students have the option of paying in 8 week intervals with the next payment due 4 weeks before the previous payment end date. VISA Gift Card: Eligible students will receive their CLLC VISA Gift Card prior to the completion of their course if their payment has been made. Cards cannot be shipped and the value cannot be changed for an extra discount on courses or given to the student in cash. CLLC is not responsible for lost or replacement cards. A $20 fee is charged by VISA to replace lost cards. CLLC VISA cards have an expiry date displayed on the front of the card. Students are advised to use the entire amount before the card expires. The card may not be used for any purpose after the expiry date and any unused balance will be lost. The VISA card is to be used at merchants and retailers only. Attempts to use the card at an ATM or for “cash back” transactions will be declined. If a student does not complete their course, the gift card will be deducted from the eligible refund. CLLC Refund Policy To be eligible for a tuition refund, the student must give written notice that he or she intends to withdraw from the program. For eligible refunds, claims will be paid up to 100% of the remaining balance minus application fees, wire transfer fees, commission fees and promotional fees (if received). For eligible refunds the student will receive 100% of any unused homestay fees or medical insurance fees. The student will not be eligible for a refund if he or she must withdraw due to inappropriate, unacceptable, or violent behavior. If a student cancelled the course prior to the date on the Letter of Acceptance, this student will receive a complete refund (Minus application and bank fees). If a student was registered or the program was extended through a third party (agent), the student will receive the refund from them.
