Our purpose is to lead with responsibility in everything we do and everywhere we have a footprint, from Montreux to our global Longevity Hubs and Resorts. We believe that the environment and human health are deeply interconnected. Shaping a healthier life, therefore means acting with care toward nature, our communities, and the people who surround us, across all our locations.
Our vision for sustainability is a collective journey, one we build together with our colleagues, suppliers, and communities worldwide, fostering a shared responsibility for a better future.
What is important to us:
Elevate our guests’ longevity journey through responsible facilities and operations that respect the planet and strengthen our community.
Care for our people, the ambassadors of our life-changing mission, by making Clinique La Prairie a great place to work, where values guide behaviors and development.
Act for the environment with lasting impact, using a three-step method: evaluate, improve, measure.
Grow internationally with strong governance, ensuring consistent ESG standards, transparent practices, and responsible partnerships across all CLP sites.

Dear Partners and Friends,
Last year marked the publication of our very first CSR Report, a milestone in Clinique La Prairie’s long journey toward a healthier, more responsible, and sustainable future. 2023 was the year of implementation; 2024 marked measurable progress.
2024 was a pivotal year. We have strengthened our efforts on multiple fronts: improving our operations in Montreux, reinforcing governance and monitoring across our international sites. The challenge for 2024 was to elevate our CSR focus, moving from initiatives primarily centered on Montreux to a vision that is truly global and impactful at scale. Some of our ESG objectives have therefore been re-evaluated and reframed to ensure greater alignment with our international development and longterm sustainability ambitions.
This evolution reflects our belief that responsibility must travel with us, guiding every decision, across every location.
It is through this shared commitment that we continue to build a global ecosystem grounded in sustainability, integrity, and human connection.
Warmest regards,

Chairman of Clinique La Prairie

CEO of Clinique La Prairie

At Clinique La Prairie, we believe that longevity is not only a matter of science, it is a matter of responsibility. The way we live, consume, and care for others directly shapes the world we will leave behind. Our mission, therefore, is to build a model of wellbeing that benefits both people and the planet.
Throughout my career, I have always believed in combining bold strategic decisions with the cumulative impact of small, thoughtful actions. Leading initiatives such as B-Corp certifications with my former teams has shown me that meaningful change comes from both vision and diligence.
At Clinique La Prairie, I am committed to embedding sustainability, social responsibility, and authentic marketing in the Longevity Hubs, across our Resorts, and online. For me, there is no greater risk than greenwashing, our promise to clients and the world must be reflected in measurable, rigorous actions, not just words.
As a leader and as a mother, I am reminded every day that true progress comes from balance, between ambition and awareness, innovation and respect. The same principle guides our work: every action, from how we communicate to how we design our experiences, must reflect authenticity, purpose, and care.
Together with our CSR and marketing teams, we are committed to ensuring that sustainability is not an afterthought but a mindset, embedded in the way we think, create, and grow. Because longevity, at its heart, means shaping a future that is not only longer, but better, for all generations to come.
Carole Martin Rogès Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Longevity Hubs

“BECAUSE LONGEVITY, AT ITS HEART, MEANS SHAPING A FUTURE THAT IS NOT ONLY LONGER, BUT BETTER, FOR ALL GENERATIONS TO COME.”
Introduction
Empowering People, Strengthening Culture, Building the Future.
Joining Clinique La Prairie in 2024 has been both an honour and a responsibility. My ambition is to strengthen and elevate our teams, ensuring we grow with clarity, accountability, and purpose. As we expand internationally, I am committed to nurturing our talents and creating an environment where our people thrive, guided by our values and inspired by our mission to be true life changers for our guests, our community, and each other.
As a member of the CSR Committee, I see Human Resources as a central driver of sustainability. By fostering well-being, engagement, and development, we build the foundations for long-term impact.
CSR and HR are deeply interconnected: governance, social responsibility, people empowerment, and accountability form inseparable pillars of a sustainable organization.
At Clinique La Prairie, this connection translates into tangible actions: Strengthening our culture, grounded in our six core values and supported by transparent communication and collaboration.
Developing education and empowerment initiatives, including the CLP Academy.
Continuously improving safety at work, with a strong focus on enhancing our occupational health and safety program.
Our HR strategy reflects our sustainability ambitions: building trust, fostering inclusion, and ensuring every team member feels recognized, supported, and equipped to grow. Through responsible leadership and shared accountability, we aim to create a positive, lasting impact.
Together, we are shaping an organization where responsibility, learning, and care define how we grow, for our people, our community, and our shared future.

In 2024, Clinique La Prairie strengthened its climate commitment by completing its GHG emissions assessment and officially joining the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), aligning its reduction goals with the Paris Agreement.
Between 2022 and 2024, our performance has been mixed, reflecting both strong progress and new challenges.
For Scope 1 and 2, we successfully achieved a 24% reduction in energy-related emissions. This great achievement is highly due to the adoption of certified renewable electricity for our electrical consumption. We continue to make steady progress on heat-related emissions, even as our operations continue to grow (see the dedicated article on energy for further details). However, indirect emissions (Scope 3) remain more complex to address. These are largely influenced by our international expansion, which naturally introduces new sources of emissions (label Franchises at 23%), as well as by increased business travel and goods transportation.
We are currently in a key phase of global development, which temporarily limits our capacity to reduce these emissions in the short term. As part of our next steps, we will adjust our strategy and our engagement with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to ensure a feasible and credible 2035 trajectory, a top priority for 2026.

Despite the challenges arising from our international development, we continue to focus on the areas where we have the most control:
Our waste management initiatives have resulted in a 46% reduction in related CO₂ emissions since 2022.
Emissions from purchased goods and services, which remain our main emission source, have remained stable despite business growth. Since 2023, the purchasing inventory has been expanded to capture real operational data more accurately, leading to a more comprehensive CO₂ account. The monitoring tool is continuously improved to enhance data reliability.
Franchise-related emissions increased significantly in 2024, reflecting the inclusion of new international hubs and resorts in our reporting protocol, as well as their continued operational growth.
We have also observed a slight increase in emissions related to Holistic Health activities. Emissions from transportation and end-of-life treatment of these products have risen moderately, though they still represent an extremely small portion of our total footprint. This trend reflects the global growth of this business segment. Through our decarbonization strategy, our goal is to ensure that we measure our emissions as accurately as possible, even if this sometimes leads to less favorable results from one year to the next. Our priority is to remain transparent and to base our decisions on reliable data, both of which are core pillars of our Corporate Social Responsibility mission.

At Holistic Health, we consider the product and its raw materials, our team, packaging, and transport as key pillars of our social and environmental responsibility.
Having already established a strong focus on the quality and sourcing of our packaging that is fully composed by European material, in 2024 we dedicated more effort to monitoring our logistics and deliveries. This work allowed us to identify key trends in our transport flows and to fully integrate Holistic Health into our CO₂ emissions accounting, aligning it with our broader reduction strategy.
In 2024, HH deliveries were distributed as follows:
Asia > 64.1%
Southern & Western Europe > 27.9%
Northern Europe > 5.5%
Americas > 1.4%
Eastern Europe > 0.6%
Middle East > 0.3%
Oceania > 0.2%

For the second consecutive year, our operations in Montreux remained below the consumption threshold defined by the region authorities, a remarkable achievement. Continuous monitoring and efficiency measures in our medical, wellness, and hospitality buildings are key to this success
What made the difference
Complete lighting renovation of the entire historical building and outdoor installations.
Decrease of jacuzzi temperature by 1°C to optimise energy use.
Improved energy management across the wellness area.
Reorganisation of towel and linen laundry logistics to reduce energy and water consumption.

Identify an alternative to gas heating for our facilities by 2030. Implement energy recovery systems when replacing upcoming equipment.
Monitor and improve building thermal insulation to align with the CECB+ projections established in 2023.
Reduce energy consumption by 2.3% per year by joining the CORE program for large energy consumers in Switzerland by 2026.
In 2023, Clinique La Prairie made a strong commitment to improving waste management awareness.
In addition to closely monitoring the entire waste disposal process across diverse activities, including hospitality, care services, food and beverage, and corporate operations, we also implemented new local and global procedures and best practices to enhance sustainability.
What made the difference
Reduction of 21% incinerable waste thanks to improved recycling, significantly lowering CO₂ emissions.
Reduction of 19% food waste through stronger prevention and canteen initiatives.
Reduction of 47% medical waste achieved through better separation and compliance practices.
And after recycling? Where does it go?
Clinique La Prairie takes full responsibility for the proper treatment of all waste generated on its premises. In collaboration with Retripa SA, a trusted partner in waste management, we work to ensure that recycling and disposal processes meet our sustainability commitments.
Our focus on local partnerships and short transport routes contributes to minimising environmental impact:
1. RC-PLAST SA > Plastics
2. CRIDEC SA > Dangerous Chemicals
3. VETROPACK > Glass
4. TRIDEL SA > Medical
5. THOMMENS > Aluminium and Coffee Caps
6. SATOM SA > Incinerable and Confidential Paper
7. RETRIPA > Paper and Cardboard
8. SATOMS SA (2) > Food
At Clinique La Prairie, our people are the foundation of our excellence. In 2024, we continued to invest in learning, development, and internal cohesion to nurture a culture of responsibility, wellbeing, and long-term growth.
The 2024 key data highlights the overall stability of our operations, showing only slight variations across all indicators.
Learning & Development
While 2024 focused on structuring our internal knowledge ecosystem, 2025 will mark the foundation of the CLP Academy, shaping a shared culture of learning, leadership, and excellence.
Our ambition is to create a centralised platform that integrates:
Technical training in branding, protocols and treatments
Leadership development
Role-based onboarding and pre-opening readiness
Cultural and service excellence alignment
Internal communication
Following our 2023 CSR Report, we identified internal communication as key priorities to reinforce by 2025. This year, our efforts focused on deepening dialogue and cohesion across teams. The upcoming CLP Academy will serve as a central tool to strengthen both learning and connection, while a full review of our global and local internal communication strategy is underway.

Caring for people also means caring for our community, as a major economic and healthcare actor on the Swiss Riviera, Clinique La Prairie recognises its responsibility to contribute actively to the well-being of its community. Beyond our mission of care and longevity, we are committed to giving back by partnering with social organisations that support people in need, both locally and nationally.
Our philanthropic approach focuses on three main pillars: Acting locally, by supporting initiatives that strengthen social cohesion on our territory; Supporting youth, through foundations that provide protection and new opportunities for children and young people; Fighting precarity, by helping ensure access to essential hygiene products, such as through our soap-recycling initiatives, and by donating surplus medical supplies to countries facing shortages.
Through these partnerships, we aim to extend our vision of well-being beyond our walls, empowering communities and contributing to a more caring and resilient society.

We support the Fondation de l’Enfance Emma Couvreau, which provides safety and care to children and youth in difficulty across the Swiss Riviera. Our teams contribute through annual toy collections and donations.

In 2024, we donated 13 kg of unused soaps to Sapocycle. This initiative transforms soap residues into new products for families in need and creates employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.

In partnership with Secours Dentaire International, we reduce waste from unused medical products and contribute to global health initiatives through donations to humanitarian aid projects.

Toward the integration of the Responsible Procurement Policy by 2026
Clinique La Prairie is developing a group-wide Responsible Procurement framework designed to integrate quality, hygiene, technical, and CSR criteria into all sourcing activities.
A multi-expert validation process will be implemented for purchases above a defined threshold, ensuring that every procurement decision meets the highest standards of legal integrity, ethical responsibility, and sustainability performance across the organisation.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct is the foundation of our responsible procurement strategy. It defines the ethical, social, and environmental standards that guide our relationships with all partners. Each supplier is expected to operate with integrity, ensure safe and fair working conditions, protect the environment, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
In 2024, this Code was formally shared and signed by our strategic suppliers, reinforcing our joint commitment to transparency and accountability.
We want it to become an essential reference for all new partnerships, ensuring that sustainability values are embedded throughout our supply chain.
To further strengthen workplace safety and employee well-being, Clinique La Prairie has defined a Medicine, Health and Safety at Work Commission (MSST), in line with the Swiss law. This commission, brings together key representatives from Safety, Quality, HR and Infection Prevention (HPCI) departments. Its purpose is to coordinate efforts to identify risks, prevent occupational accidents and illnesses, and promote a strong safety culture across all departments.
While the formal validation process is underway, several actions within the MSST scope have already been implemented and continue to evolve.
CSR and HR are deeply connected: governance, social responsibility, and people empowerment are inseparable pillars of a sustainable organization.
“Establishing a strong MSST Commission is essential for an organization like ours. It not only ensures legal compliance but, more importantly, fosters a true culture of prevention. In my role, I make sure every employee is aware of the risks related to their working environment and has the right tools and reflexes to prevent them. We develop tailored training programs adapted to each department, for example, awareness sessions on handling hazardous products for our housekeeping teams, or specific fire prevention training for the surgery bloc, where conditions are particularly demanding.
My mission, like that of every member of the MSST Commission, is to anticipate the needs of both staff and facilities to ensure everyone’s safety. But safety cannot exist without open dialogue and active participation from our employees. They are the ones on the ground who can identify areas for improvement. Their awareness, attentiveness and engagement are indispensable.
It is through this caring collaboration between all professions that we can guarantee a safe environment for everyone and continue to offer the very best to our patients and guests.”
David Duran, Head of Technical Department & Safety Manager

“IT
IS ALSO THROUGH THIS CARING COLLABORATION BETWEEN ALL PROFESSIONS THAT WE CAN GUARANTEE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR EVERYONE AND CONTINUE TO OFFER THE VERY BEST TO OUR PATIENTS AND GUESTS.”
Closing the Loop
A dedicated Waste Management Guideline was published to standardise waste tracking, sorting, and recycling across all CLP sites. By unifying these processes internationally, we ensure consistent circularity and reduce our footprint worldwide.
