PACE Advising Center Protocol for Non-PACE Student Appointments Protocol for Erroneously Placed PACE Cohorts. 11/4/2013 Protocol for Non-PACE Student Appointments The PACE Advising Center only meets with current academic year PACE cohort students after they have attended their NSO.   

PACE 2012-2013: Summer 2012, Fall 2012, & Spring 2013 PACE 2013-2014: Summer 2013, Fall 2013, & Spring 2014 PACE 2014-2015: Summer 2014, Fall 2014, & Spring 2015

If you find any appointments that have been made for the previous cohort or for a nonPACE student, alert the front desk so they may remedy the situation. Please use the following steps. 1.

Alert the front desk by sending Mark Gottschall an email titled <Non-PACE Student Appointment> . The email should include the following information: ◦ Student Name ◦ ID # ◦ Telephone number ◦ Appointment Date and Time Mark and the front desk staff will notify the student letting them know that the appointment was scheduled erroneously and has been cancelled. The front desk staff will cancel the appointment after the student has been notified. Protocol for Erroneously Placed PACE Cohorts. If you find a student that has the PACE cohort erroneously placed on their records, alert Angie or Claudia with the following information. They will remove the cohort. • • •

Student name Student’s high school graduation date Student’s post-high school college credit hours

Once the cohort has been removed, please let the student know which advising center they should contact.
