Year 3

OVERVIEW

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome the Year 3 children into the Preparatory School and it was delightful to see their smiling faces as they entered our new and improved classrooms. Quickly settling in to Stable Court, the children rose to our expectations, eagerly embracing any challenges they faced. Throughout the year, the classes have demonstrated a growing confidence both academically and pastorally. Approaching their learning with curiosity, resilience and enthusiasm, the children have been keen to further their knowledge in all subjects. Wide ranging topics from The Tudors to The Blue Planet have been taught alongside the arts and philosophical thinking; working independently and collaboratively, the children have impressed us on a daily basis. Pastorally, they have shown understanding and empathy, knowing when to support one another and when to take a step back. Showing adaptability and fortitude, the children should be extremely proud of all they have achieved this year.
