Located on West Broad Street in the center of downtown Sugar Hill, The Eagle Theatre is impossible to miss.

The Art-Deco styling of the impressive marquee continues inside the theatre, paying homage to the City of Sugar Hill’s founding in the early 1900s with golden accents and classic black and white tiling that invites guests to step back in time.

The 406-seat performing arts center hosts a full range of programming including nationally touring acts, a $2 movie series, film festivals, plays, holiday performances, and community rentals.
