Aqua PiTa Fusion
River Robics
This aquatic aerobic class will incorporate a combination of Pilates (Pi) and Tabata (Ta). The Pilates portion will utilize the low impact core exercises of a Pilates class while the Tabata part will include the short interval, high-intensity training of a Tabata workout. Classes held at Sun Valley have a fee of $8/class.
River Robics includes a variety of movements going with and against the current of the lazy river. This class offers a cardio challenge, tones larger muscle groups, and increases stamina. Classes held at Sun Valley have a fee of $8/class.

This class will offer short interval high intensity training of a Tabata workout. Come workout your muscles while building your stamina and endurance.
Yoga in the water? Try something new this season! This circuit-style class will work your entire body and target your core while you balance on a floating platform. This course can be adapted to fit the skill-set of any participant.
