Water Fitness Aqua GroupX
Aqua PiTa Fusion
This aquatic aerobic class will incorporate a combination of Pilates (Pi) and Tabata (Ta). The Pilates portion will utilize the low impact core exercises of a Pilates class while the Tabata part will include the short interval, high-intensity training of a Tabata workout. Aquacise
Workout your muscles without impacting your joints. This aerobics class will combine cardio and resistance exercises to tone and sculpt your body in the water. Classes held at Sun Valley have a fee of $8/class.

River Robics
River Robics includes a variety of movements going with and against the current of the lazy river. This class offers a cardio challenge, tones larger muscle groups, and increases stamina. Water Fitness
Looking to expand your exercise routine to the water? Water fitness is the perfect class for anybody. These fun classes improve strength, range of motion, and muscle conditioning. Classes held at Sun Valley have a fee of $8/class. Fee: $8/class Location: Sun Valley Aquatics
Aqua Group Training Group Training classes are not included in a Thrive membership. Each class visit is $8.
Aqua Tabata BOGA Fit
This class will offer short interval high intensity training of a Tabata workout. Come workout your muscles while building your stamina and endurance.
Fee: $65/session Location: Sun Valley Aquatics Yoga in the water? Try something new this season! This circuit-style class will work your entire body and target your core while you balance on a floating platform. This course can be adapted to fit the skill-set of any participant. Lifeguard Instructor Course
This class allows Lifeguards to become instructors for the American Red Cross. Seats will be first come first serve with a class max of 6. This is a 3-day course. Day: May 13-15 Time: Varied; Friday, May 13: 5-9 PM Saturday, May 14: 9 AM-5 PM Sunday, May 15: 9 AM-5 PM Age: 16+ Fee: $150 Location: Thrive Pool
This program will train and certify you in CPR skills that could help you save a life. Participants will learn to respond to emergencies safely as well as how to perform CPR, use an AED, and provide First Aid. Upon completion, your certification will be valid for 2 years. Day: Saturday Session 1: June 11 Session 2: July 23 Session 3: Aug. 13 Time: 8 AM-5 PM Age: 15+ Fee: $120/session Location: Thrive
Little Whales Camp
Parents look no further! This camp is offered to children to learn about water safety both in the water and classroom. Each day of camp the kiddos will have a water portion and a land portion. They will use the water lesson to apply what they learned on land. Land lessons will include boat safety, sun safety, home water safety, large bodies of water safety, and a variety of other lessons. The importance of this is to learn more than just how to swim but how to apply the water safety knowledge to real life situations.

This class allows participants the opportunity to become certified through the American Red Cross as a Lifeguard with CPR/AED & First Aid for the Professional Rescuer. Certification lasts for two years from the date of completion. Day: Varied; 2-day course Session 1: June 4-5 Session 2: July 16-17 Session 3: Aug. 6-7 Time: 8 AM-5 PM Age: 16+ Location: Thrive & Sun Valley Pools Fee: $150/session
Jr. Lifeguard Program
Allows participants under 16 years of age who are interested in lifeguarding to learn basic concepts and practice skills that are used to prevent, recognize and respond to emergencies in & around aquatic environments. Participants will not become certified lifeguards, but they will increase their likelihood of becoming one when they reach the required age of 16. This is a four day course. Day: June 18-19 & 25-26 Time: 8 AM-12:30 PM Age: 11-15 Fee: $80/session Location: Thrive Egret/Pool
WAVE Swim Team
The City of Lewisville’s affiliate with the Texas Amateur Athletic Association (TAAF) provides adept swimmers with the opportunity to compete at the semi-professional level developing their skills, confidence and understanding of what it means to be a part of a team. This program is ongoing through Summer. Anyone over the age of five. Age is determined as of age on June 1, 2019. Practice schedule is determined by age group. Participants must not have been a USA Swimmer in the past year. Participants must provide a copy of their birth certificate or drivers license.

All vaccinations must be administered no later than Friday, Aug. 27, 2021. *Only 4-legged friends allowed in water.
