Our Active Adults 55+ programs include community events, fitness programs offered at the Inver Grove Heights Veterans Memorial Community Center, day trips to different kinds of activities and senior club and VMCC membership opportunities. You can expect to see this newsletter on a quarterly basis, highlighting the programs and events for that season. Our Active Adults Recreation Coordinator, Donna Tilsner, works diligently to find these unique opportunities through various partnerships throughout the community! She is currently working in the interim with this position, but brings many years working with recreation programs. We hope you discover programs and events that encourage healthy and active living with many opportunities for socializing with fellow adults that share similar interests!
