Department Happenings NC Law Enforcement Torch Run Big thanks to the High Point Police Department for its ongoing support of our local Special Olympics program and athletes through the annual NC Law Enforcement Torch Run! Hedgecock Dog Park Registration and Tag Renewal To use the dog park, you must register your dog(s) with Parks & Recreation by mailing your dog park registration and waiver form along with a copy of your pet's current rabies certificate showing the date given, expiration date and tag number. We will mail you a tag once we verify your information. Please visit our website to obtain a copy of the waiver form. Registration is free. Blue (2018 - 2019), orange (2019 - 2020), green (2020 2021) or purple (2021 - 2022) tags, those have expired. We will need to verify your pet's rabies vaccination records before sending you the current tag. Red tags will expire June 30, 2023. For more information, please call 336.883.3469.
