Virtual Stretching for Senior Adults (Ages 50+)
This virtual class involves gentle stretching, which can help improve flexibility, circulation, coordination and balance while relieving joint stiffness and muscle tension. Little Flippers: Mommy and Me Gymnastics Class (Ages 1 - 4)
This class is designed to introduce the young gymnast to the fundamentals of gymnastics. With help from a parent or guardian, we will focus on balance, coordination, listening skills and following directions. R.E.D. Zone youth football league and cheer teams are back! This partnership between High Point, Greensboro and Thomasville Parks & Recreation departments focuses on Recreation, Education & Development: "R.E.D." The new season will offer more teams, new faces, a community-driven focus and minimal travel. • Practices are Mondays - Thursdays, 6 - 8 p.m. • Games are Saturdays, Aug. 27 - Nov. 19. • Games are between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. • Late registration is Aug. 8 - Sept. 2. $40 for football, $25 for cheerleading

Beginner Youth Basketball Clinic (Ages 6 - 10)
As participants learn the proper form and techniques of basketball through drills, they will develop the fundamentals of the game needed to compete in organized play. All-Star Stomp-N-Shake Cheerleading Team Tryouts (Ages 9 - 17)
Demonstrate your best cheerleading and dance skills to try and earn one of the coveted spots on the High Point Parks & Recreation All-Star Stomp-N-Shake Cheerleading Team. Pickleball Open Gym (Ages 18+)
