Sponsoring special events within the City of Carrollton is the easiest way to promote your business. City events attract thousands of people annually from all over the DFW Metroplex. With more than 20 events each year, Carrollton offers something for any audience you may want to reach. General event sponsorships and naming sponsorships are available.

5K RACE

The City of Carrollton has rebranded its signature 5K race to Carrollton Tails and Trails 5K, which benefits the Carrollton Animal Services & Adoption Center. The 5K showcases Carrollton’s trail system and parkland surrounding the trail. Sponsoring the 5K is a great way to have your business seen by families and individuals of all ages from across the DFW area. The event is held rain or shine and is fee based. Other customized sponsorships are available upon request. In-kind donations are also accepted.

The City of Carrollton offers a variety of year-round youth and adult leagues to the citizens of Carrollton and surrounding communities. With nearly 55,000 participants across youth and adult sports, the numbers are expected to rise as offerings expand. Adult leagues average 40-45k participants while youth sports average around 15-20k. Sponsorship opportunities include exclusive branding on youth jerseys, banners, web advertising, championship shirts, etc.

The City of Carrollton is committed to providing meaningful recreation and leisure opportunities for individuals of all abilities. The City’s Adaptive Programs provide opportunities to exercise, socialize, develop relationships, and work on life skills in a fun, open, and welcoming environment. These programs serve children, adults, and seniors with both physical and developmental disabilities. Sponsorships of programs contribute to the inventory of high-quality equipment, materials, and resources for our program participants. Branding opportunities are available at the City’s fully accessible adaptive sports field, Josey Ranch Sports Complex Field #6.

Programming at the Carrollton Senior Center offers a wide range of activities for the local 50+ active adult community. Participation in various programs offer active adults the opportunity to stay engaged, stay fit, and stay social. As one of the area’s leading senior recreation centers, sponsorships at the Carrollton Senior Center will create a unique opportunity for businesses to generate brand recognition within a targeted active adult population in DFW.

Carrollton is the first city in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to offer an esports branch in its recreation centers. The Crosby and newly-opened Rosemeade Recreation Center rooms are the flagship municipal esports destination in Texas. Esports sponsors can participate in upcoming leagues/tournaments featuring local community talent, area middle school/high school esports teams, and potential professional-level events, as well as branding opportunities available within the facilities. Carrollton’s Esports Spring Showcase, which celebrates gaming in North Texas, is open to players and teams at all skill levels, including high school, college, amateur, and professional.
