How was your firm/business affected in these pandemic times and what were the steps taken by you to curb the damages all the while helping your clients and maintaining the safety of your employees?

As I always envisioned a sustainable livelihood for our society, I would like to advise young entrepreneurs that they should devise strategies for empowering people who are skilled and capable but lack resources. I also think that we should keep our horizons wide enough to include people residing in far and flung areas of our country. Our work ethics should be based on pure consciousness i.e becoming "Satvik" in everything we do.

I have requested the trust functionaries to produce or manufacture 3000 masks for free distribution among the poor families, which will be partially funded by NIMBARK organics. The trusts have already started processing these reusable masks with the help of a self-help group, Indies.

Where do you envision your firm/business to be in the long run and what are your future goals? How do you plan to embrace the changes happening in your respective industry?
