Dear Mu Mu, what is the capital of China? Can you tell me about it?

Dear Stacy, the capital of China is Beijing.

The most famous tourist attraction in Beijing is the Great Wall of China. To get up to the Great Wall, you must ride a chair lift. The chair takes you over mountains and trees. To get down from the Great Wall you will ride a toboggan, which is like a sled. Riding a toboggan is a lot of fun!

Dear Mu Mu, the capital of the United States of America is Washington, DC. A famous tourist attraction there is the Lincoln Memorial. It is a statue of Abraham Lincoln. He was our 16th president. He was a great president!

Dear Stacy, when you come to Beijing you might visit Tiananmen Square.

Tiananmen Square is a fenced in square with buildings. The buildings are for the Chinese government to meet and work together to make up laws.

Dear Mu Mu, the place where our government meets in Washington, DC is the Capital Building. The Capital Building is a tall white building. The people that meet at our capital are the senators and representatives. They vote on our laws.

Dear Stacy, In Beijing you could see the Forbidden City. The Forbidden City is a place where Chinese royalty and emperors lived many years ago. If you went to the Forbidden City, you would see a lot of different pagoda palaces.

Dear Mu Mu, instead of emperors or chairmen, the United States has a president. The President lives in the White House. The White House is white and big! Our current president is Donald Trump. Other presidents like Barack Obama have lived in the White House too!

Dear Stacy, if you were in Beijing and you wanted to see a special show, you might go to an acrobat show. Beijing is famous for their acrobat shows. Acrobats might stand on stacked chairs and do tricks. They also might have unicycles and do cool tricks with them. The acrobats might lift people up really high and do more tricks. The acrobat shows are really cool!

Dear Mu Mu, if you go to Washington, D.C. you might see the Washington Nationals play baseball. The Washington Nationals are a Major League Baseball team. The Washington Nationals are good, but they aren’t as good as my favorite team, the Atlanta Braves! I love to watch baseball! It is known as “America’s favorite pastime.”

Dear Stacy, the most famous thing to eat in Beijing is Peking Duck. Peking Duck is kind of like a taco. You have a soft shell and inside of it you can put vegetables and duck meat. You can either roll it up and eat it, or eat the duck meat by itself. If you come to Beijing you have to try the Peking Duck!

Dear Mu Mu, the most popular food in the United States to eat is a cheeseburger. A cheeseburger is made of bread, a beef patty, and cheese.

You could also put tomato slices, lettuce, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on it if you wanted to. A cheeseburger is yummy!
