WHO WE ARE

In 2014 Cibo Divino was brought to life. Haley and brothers, Stefano and Davide, work closely with artisans abroad to provide the highest quality of Italian gourmet products for our customers in food service and retail.

We harvest personal relationships and experiences that extend beyond the shelf and into the kitchen. Our unique perspectives of the Italian gourmet landscape and the American market allow us to bring the best of Italy to the United States. We provide products and experiences that your customers will love to learn about.

Haley is from Bedford, PA; with a BS in Public & Political Relations from North Carolina; after 5 years of political fundraising in DC, she decided to be back to her hometown to expand with partners Davide and Stefano.

The two brothers are from Magenta, the northern part of Italy. Stefano has a degree in Physical Science and Davide in Industrial Engineering. Our different paths and passions led us all in Bedford, PA, where we have two restaurants on top of Cibo Divino. We manage all operations in-house and personally see to all aspects of the distribution.

As a small company we want to keep our identity and build our brand on easy and simple pillars:

MARILUNGO

Pasta Marilungo is prepared with the finest grains grown in Marche, Umbria and Tuscany exclusively while their eggs are all of Free-Range hens in the territory nearby our factory. The preparation is an artisanal process since most of the process is performed manually: today Marilungo pasta making is carried out as has been taught, following century old local traditions. They prepare their unique dough into a thin “sfoglia”; they cut it into shapes and then lay it on paper sleeves, before gradually drying the pasta for 24-30 hours and low temperatures.
