Club Parramatta - Escape to Paradise
Terms and Conditions

1. Club Parramatta Escape to Paradise promotion will commence on Friday 23rd August 2024 at 5pm and will conclude on Friday 27th September 2024 at 10pm.
2. Escape to Paradise draws will be from a weekly prize pool of $5,000 which is a combination of cash and a cruise voucher.
3. The total prize pool for the Escape to Paradise promotion is $30,000
4. Each Escape to Paradise draw will be conducted at Club Parramatta, located at 2 Macquarie Street, Parramatta 2150.
5. Escape to Paradise entries will be generated by the EBET Promotion System, and automatically placed into an EBET Virtual Prize Draw Barrel (referred to as ‘Virtual Barrel’)
6. Castle Hill RSL Club LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Castle Hill RSL’) at 77 Castle Street Castle Hill 2154, phone 02 8858 4800 is the promoter of the Promotion.
7. Entry into the Escape to Paradise promotion is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
How to Enter
8. CHRG Members can enter the weekly Escape to Paradise draws by:
a. 1 entry per hour can be earnt through each of the following touch points: Members Kiosk, POS, EGM’s
b. Member must
i. swipe their member card at the Members kiosk, POS or inserted into an EGM., or scan their digital membership card.
ii. Scan their digital membership card at Members Kiosk or POS
c. Members can earn a maximum of three entries an hour (one per touch point regardless if member card or digital card is used)
Weekly Draws
9. On each Friday during the promotion period, seven (7) draws will take place from 6:00pm with one (1) prize to be drawn every 30 minutes until all prizes have been won.
10. The draw will be conducted by a Promotion Host using the EBET Promotional System. A winning entry will be randomly selected from the Virtual Barrel. The Promotion Host will then call the winning membership number via the public address system and ask them to physically present themselves at the Promotions Area.
11. The winning member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize from the Promotions Area. If a winner does not present themselves within the allotted time, another entry will be drawn, and the process repeated until a winner is found.
12. The prizes are in the below breakdown:
a. 6:00pm - $500 cash
b. 6:30pm - $500 cash
c. 7:00pm - $500 cash
d. 7:30pm - $500 cash
e. 8:00pm - $500 cash
f. 8:30pm - $500 cash
g. 9:00pm - $2000 Flight Centre Voucher
13. If any prizes are unclaimed after 4 hours since the start of the draw, the last membership number drawn will be the winner regardless of their attendance at the draw and will be notified on the next business day. The winning member/s will need to claim their prize within 3 months from being notified. If the prize is not claimed, a comparable redraw will take place.
14. At the conclusion of each Escape to Paradise, all entries will be reset to zero.
General Terms and Conditions
15. Winners must be physically and personally present at Club Parramatta to claim their prize withing the allotted promotion claim period and must sign in the ‘Winner’s Prize Log’ that their prize has been accepted.
16. Suspended and unfinancial members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter or claim prizes as part of this promotion.
17. Participation in the Escape to Paradise promotion is open to financial CHRG Members over the age eighteen (18), except employees of the promotor and their spouses, and Directors of the promotor and their spouses.
18. In the event of technical failure (including but not limited to the EBET promotion system, EBET Membership Terminal and PA system) may be postponed or cancelled. Management discretion applies and negations will not be entered. In the event of cancellation on a weekly draw, the prizing of cancelled draws is forfeited, and the value of the cancelled draw will be added to the following week's weekly draw.
19. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no factor in determining a winner.
20. Castle Hill RSL reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
