Castle Hill RSL ‘Cold Hard Cash’ Promotion
Terms and Conditions

1. Castle Hill RSL ‘Cold Hard Cash’ Member Promotion will commence on Thursday 17th July 2025 at 10am and will conclude on Wednesday 27th August 2025 at 8pm.
2. The ‘Cold Hard Cash’ member promotion will consist of 6 Weekly Draws each Wednesday between Wednesday 23rd July and Wednesday 27th August 2025.
3. The total prize pool of Cold Hard Cash is valued at $30,000.
4. The Member Promotion will be conducted at Castle Hill RSL, located at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154.
5. Castle Hill RSL Club Ltd , ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Castle Hill RSL’) at 77 Castle Street Castle Hill 2154, phone 02 8858 4800 is the promoter of the Promotion.
6. Entry into the ‘Cold Hard Cash’ member promotion is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
How to Enter
7. CHRG Members can enter the weekly ‘Cold Hard Cash’ draws by:
a. Swiping or scanning their members card at the EBET Member Rewards Kiosk to earn an entry.
i. The Member must be physically present when swiping or scanning their card at the EBET Member Rewards Kiosk.
b. One ticket will be awarded to the ‘Virtual Prize Draw Barrel’.
c. One ticket per day, per member will be awarded.
Weekly Draws
1. The Weekly Draws will be commencing every Wednesday from Wednesday 23rd July 2025 to Wednesday 27th August 2025.
2. The weekly draw will consist of 5 draws every week (7pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm & 9pm).
3. The prize will start from $1,000 and will jackpot by $1,000 each draw time, every week until a member drawn has claimed.
4. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize at the dedicated promotion area in the Keno Lounge If the prize is unclaimed after four (4) minutes, the prize will jackpot to the next draw.
5. If the jackpot amount is claimed, the next draw will reset to $1,000.
6. The total prize pool of the cash jackpot is $30,000 cash ($5,000 each week).
7. Any member drawn in the weekly draws is still eligible to be drawn again in a future weekly draw (not on the same day).
8. Where a Member has been redrawn again on the same night they’ve claimed a prize, a redraw will take place with the new Member drawn will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize from the promotions area. If a winner does not present themselves within the allotted time, the prize will jackpot till the next draw time.
9. The weekly draws will be conducted by a Promotion Host drawing a ticket from the ‘Cold Hard Cash’ virtual prize barrel. The Promotion Host will call the drawn members via the public address system and ask them to physically present themselves in the promotional area within the allotted time.
10. At the conclusion of each ‘Cold Hard Cash’ Weekly Draw, the virtual prize barrel will be cleared. Entries into the next Weekly Draw period will reopen at 10:00 on the Thursday, the following day.
Final Draw Night
11. On the final draw night, Wednesday 27th August 2025, the cash jackpot will start from the previous week’s jackpot amount.
12. If the cash jackpot is not claimed, the jackpot will continue to increase by $1,000 every 30 minutes from 7pm to 9pm.
13. If the jackpot has been claimed, the next draw will start from $1,000.
14. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize at the promotion area (Keno Lounge).
15. At 9:00pm, the final jackpot will take place. If the drawn member has not claimed their prize within four (4) minutes, a redraw will occur immediately after. This process will occur until a winner is found.
16. If a winner is not found by 10:00pm, the last drawn Member will be the winner regardless of their attendance on the night and will be phoned the next business day.
17. The drawn Member must claim their prize within three months from contact. In the event the prize is not claimed within the period, a comparable and legal redraw will occur.
General Terms and Conditions
18. Winners must be physically and personally present at Castle Hill RSL to claim their prize within the allotted promotion claim period and must sign in the ‘Winner’s Prize Log’ that their prize has been accepted.
19. Castle Hill RSL is not permitted to issue any more than $5,000 prize money in cash. Any prize money exceeding $5,000 must be awarded via EFTPOS.
20. Suspended, banned and unfinancial members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter or claim prizes as part of this promotion.
21. Participation in the ‘Cold Hard Cash’ promotion is open to financial CHRG Members over the age eighteen (18), except employees of the promotor and their spouses, and Directors of the promotor and their spouses.
22. In the event of technical failure (including but not limited to the EBET promotion system, EBET Member Rewards Kiosk and PA system) may be postponed or cancelled. Management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding postponement or cancellation. No correspondence will be entered into. In the event of cancellation on a weekly draw, the prizing of cancelled draws is forfeited, and the value of the cancelled draw will be added to the following week's weekly draw.
23. Proof of identity must be presented to claim a prize.
24. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no factor in determining a winner.
25. Castle Hill RSL reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
