Club Parramatta ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ Sunday 6th April 2025 - Terms and Conditions
1. Club Parramatta ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ promotion will occur on Sunday 6th April 2025 from 12.30pm2pm, with prizes being drawn from 2pm and will conclude when all prizes allocated to that raffle date have been claimed.
2. The ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ prize pool will consist of 50 Easter Eggs with a total combined value of $1,500.00
3. The ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ Promotion will be conducted at Club Parramatta, located at 2 Macquarie Street Parramatta NSW 2150.
4. Raffle Tickets are priced at:
a. $1 for 1 number
b. Any purchase of $20 will receive 20 numbers free
5. ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ tickets can be purchased both online via a presale, and in person on the day of the raffle:
a. ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ tickets can be purchased online between Wednesday 12th March and 10am on Sunday 6th April 2025
i. Raffle tickets can be purchased in denominations of $1, $5, $10, $15, $20, $50 and $100 amounts. Purchases of $20 or more will receive a 20 additional numbers for free.
b. ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ tickets can be purchased in person at Club Parramatta on the day of each raffle between 12.30pm and 2pm Prizes will be drawn from 2pm.
6. Raffle Tickets/Raffle Numbers cannot be reserved
7. Raffle Tickets will not be sold once sales to the ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ have been closed at 2pm on the raffle date
8. Prizes will be drawn using an OLGR-approved random number generator and announced by the MC utilising a microphone
9. The owner of the winning Raffle Ticket is entitled to claim one prize.
10. The owner of the winning Raffle Ticket will have 2 minutes to present themselves to the MC in the ‘Keno Lounge’ to claim their prize. A redraw will occur if no winner is found after 2 minutes. This process will continue until all prizes have been claimed.
11. Castle Hill RSL CLUB LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Club Parramatta’ and ‘CHRG’) at 2 Macquarie Street Parramatta NSW 2150, phone 02 8865 5100 is the promoter of the Promotion.
12. Entry into the ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ promotion is subject to accepting these terms and conditions.
13. Winners must be physically and personally present at Club Parramatta to claim their prize.
14. Participation in the ‘Easter Egg Raffle’ promotion is open to financial CHRG Members over the age of eighteen (18) and their guests. Employees of the promotor who are ‘On Duty’, and Directors of the promotor and their spouses will not be permitted to enter the promotion.
15. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the promotion system), the promotion may be postponed or cancelled. Management discretion applies, and negations will not be entered.
16. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill does not determine a winner.
17. Club Parramatta reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at anytime.
