Update Your Availability in the Mobile App
This article explains how to update your availability and preferred work times in the Humanforce Classic mobile app. This allows you to:
• Set recurring weekly availability patterns
• Mark yourself as available or unavailable for specific date ranges
• Indicate your preferred hours to work if possible View and access the Availability calendar
1. In the Humanforce mobile app, go to the Calendar section.
2. Tap on any date to view the details.
• Note, different coloured dots dates indicate your roster shifts (white) or leave entries (red).
3. To update your availability, tap the yellow + button in the bottom-right corner.

Set a recurring weekly pattern
1. On the Availability tab, set availability as Recurring
2. Choose the days of the week you want to set availability for.
3. Enter the start and end times you are available on those days.
4. Select your Availability Type:
• Available
• Unavailable
• Preferred (you prefer to work these hours if possible)
5. Tap Save

Note: This sets an ongoing weekly pattern for your availability.
Set date-specific availability
1. On the Availability pop-up, select Non-recurring
2. Select the date range you want to set availability for.
3. Enter the start and end times.
4. Choose your Availability Type
5. Tap Save

Update or remove an entry
1. Tap on any existing availability entry in your calendar.
2. You can update the day/dates, times or Availability Type here.
3. Or select Clear to remove that availability setting.

Availability priority
When you have both recurring weekly patterns and date-specific availability set, the datespecific settings will take priority.
For example, if your recurring pattern has you as Unavailable on Mondays, but you set yourself as Available specifically for next Monday, then you will show as Available for that date.

Once you have updated your availability, it will need to be approved by your Manager/Roster Coordinator.
