CastleHillRSLClubLtd(CHRG)iscommittedtoempoweringourleaderstocelebratesignificantworkand personaleventswithourteam.Thispolicyhasbeendevelopedtoprovideguidelinestoourleadersregarding acceptablegiftandcelebrationexpenses.
ThispolicyappliestoallleaderswithinCHRG.
The People and Purpose team is responsible for the management and implementation of all Reward and RecognitionProgramsoutlinedinthispolicy,including:
Milestoneanniversaries,
Annual,
Quarterly,and
Instant.
Formoreinformationrefertothe Connect+ Policy and Reward and Recognition Policy andcontactthe Peopleteamifyouhaveanyquestionsorrequirementsoftheseprograms.
2. MILESTONE ANNIVERSARIES REWARD & RECOGNITION
Werecogniseandcelebratethecontributionsmadebyteammemberswhohavebeencontinuouslyemployed atCHRGforanextendedperiod.

Rewards will be issued at either the Annual Excellence Awards, or the Annual Milestone Cocktail Party dependingonthedatethemilestonefalls.
2.1.AnnualMilestoneCocktailParty
AMilestoneCocktailPartywillbeheldeachyearinJuly.Allteammemberswhohavecelebratedamilestone anniversaryintheprevious12months.
Each attendee will be invited to bring a guest of their choice along. Leaders of recipients will be invited to attend.
3. ANNUAL REWARD & RECOGNITION (Excellence Awards)
We recognise and celebrate the contributions made by team members throughout each year at our Annual ExcellenceAwardseveningheldonthefirstSundayinMarcheachyear.Thiseventisateammemberonly event,noguestinvitations.
Rewardsareissuedbasedonnominationsfromteammembersandleaders.

4. QUARTERLY REWARD & RECOGNITION (Our Shout Dinners)
We recognise and celebrate the contributions made by team members throughout each quarter at our ‘Our Shout’dinners.
Eachdinnerwillbeheldoffsiteandhostedbytwoleadersfromacrossthebusiness.
Leaderswillnominateteammemberswhohavegone‘AboveandBeyond’intheircommitmenttoourvalues ofCommunity,Hospitality,RespectandGrowthoverthepreviousthreemonths.
NominationswillbereviewedbythePeopleandPurposeteam,with6-8CHRGteammembersselectedtobe invitedtoattend.
5. INSTANT REWARD AND RECOGNITION (Connect+ Cash)
LeadersofeachVenue/Departmentareprovidedamonthlybudgetandauthoritytoissue instantConnect+ Cashwithinthat budgetattheirdiscretion, to amaximumof$50perperson.Forexample,aleaderwitha monthlybudgetof$100maychoicetoissue:2x$50,4x$25or6X$20.
Leaderswillbeprovidedwitha‘ThankYou’cardtobeissuedatthetimeofissuingofConnect+Cash.
5.1.BudgetAllocation
BudgetsforeachVenue/Departmentareallocatedasapercentageofthetotalannualbudgetbasedonthe numberofhoursworkedintheirVenue/Department.Monthlybudgetsarenottransferrable,theycannotbe rolledovertothefollowingmonth.Thecurrentmonthlybudgetisasfollows:

6. RECORD KEEPING
AllrewardswillberecordedbythePeopleteam.RecordswillbekeptontheRewards,Giftsand CelebrationsRegisterandwillbereportedtotheFinanceteamforFBTpurposes.
7. BREACH OF THIS POLICY
Breachesofthispolicymayresultincounsellingandordisciplinaryaction,uptoandincludingdismissal.


8. REVIEW OF THIS POLICY
This policy will be reviewed every two years to ensure it remains consistent with all relevant legislative requirements, as well as the changing nature of the company or more frequently where legislative requirementsarechangedoramended.
9. POLICY COMMUNICATION AND EDUCATION
ThispolicywillbestoredonCHRG’sintranetsite.Itwillbeincorporatedintoinduction/onboardingprograms and CHRG will conduct education sessions on the application and operation of this policy as required and whenanychangestothepolicyareimplemented.
