Castle Hill RSL ‘80k Birthday Giveaway’ Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Castle Hill RSL Club $80k Birthday Giveaway promotion will commence on Thursday 12th September 2024 at 10:00 am and will conclude on Wednesday 30th October 2024 at 8:00pm.
2. The $80k Birthday Giveaway member's promotion consists of both weekly draws, major draw & second chance draw
3. $80k Birthday Giveaway weekly draws will be from a weekly prize pool of $3,000 cash
4. The $80k Birthday Giveaway consists of a major draw prize of $50,000 in cash and second chance draws of $12,000 in cash.
5. The total prize pool for the $80k Birthday Giveaway promotion is $80,000.
6. Each $80k Birthday Giveaway draw will be conducted at Castle Hill RSL, located at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill 2154.
7. The EBET Promotion System will generate $80k Birthday Giveaway entries, and automatically placed into an EBET Virtual Prize Draw Barrel (referred to as ‘Virtual Barrel’)
8. Castle Hill RSL Club LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Castle Hill RSL’) at 77 Castle Street Castle Hill 2154, phone 02 8858 4800 is the promoter of the Promotion.
9. Entry into the $80k Birthday Giveaway promotion is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
How to Enter
10. CHRG Members can enter the weekly $80k Birthday Giveaway draws by:
a. Swiping or scanning their members card at the EBET members terminal to earn a ticket.
b. One ticket will be awarded to the ‘Virtual Prize Draw Barrel’.
c. One ticket per day, per member will be awarded.
Weekly Draws
11. On each Wednesday during the promotion period excluding the day on which the Major Draw & Second Chance Draw take place, six (6) draws will take place from 6:30pm with one (1) prize to be drawn every 30 minutes until all prizes have been won.
12. The draw will be conducted by a Promotion Host using the EBET Promotional System. A winning entry will be randomly selected from the Virtual Barrel. The Promotion Host will then call the winning membership number via the public address system and ask them to present themselves at the Promotions Area physically.
13. The winning member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize from the Promotions Area. If a winner does not present themselves within the allotted time, another entry will be drawn, and the process repeated until a winner is found.
14. The prizes are in the below breakdown:
a. 6:30pm - $500 cash
b. 7:00pm - $500 cash
c. 7:30pm - $500 cash
d. 8:00pm - $500 cash
e. 8:30pm - $500 cash
f. 9:00pm - $500 cash
15. If any prizes are unclaimed after 4 hours since the start of the draw, the last membership number drawn will be the winner regardless of their attendance at the draw and will be notified on the next business day. The winning member/s will need to claim their prize within 3 months from being notified. If the prize is not claimed, a comparable redraw will take place.
16. At the conclusion of each $80k Birthday Giveaway, all entries will be reset to zero.
Major Draw
1. The major draw will take place on Wednesday 30th October 2024 from 7pm
2. The major draw barrel will close for entries Wednesday 30th October 2024 at 4am.
3. Major Prize is $50,000.
4. All tickets from the weekly draws will be placed into the barrel for the major draw.
5. Members must be present at Castle Hill RSL and claim the prize within 4 minutes to win the Major prize.
6. A winner will be drawn every 4 minutes from 7pm until the prize is claimed or up until 7.45pm, whichever occurs first. If the prize is still unclaimed, it will be drawn as an additional prize in the second chance draw.
Second Chance Draws
7. The second chance draw will run in conjunction with the Major Draw on Wednesday 30th October 2024 from 7pm.
8. The Prizes are 6 x $2,000 in cash.
9. Members can swipe their card at the EBET members terminal between 10:00am and 6:50pm to receive one ticket, on the day of the major draw. This ticket is to be placed in the second change draw barrel by 6:55pm on the day of major draw.
10. Members can only redeem one second change ticket per member.
11. To win the second-chance prizes, members must be present at Castle Hill RSL and claim the prize within 4 minutes.
General Terms and Conditions
12. Winners must be physically and personally present at Castle Hill RSL Club to claim their prize withing the allotted promotion claim period and must sign in the ‘Winner’s Prize Log’ that their prize has been accepted.
13. Suspended and unfinancial members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter or claim prizes as part of this promotion.
14. Participation in the $80k Birthday Giveaway promotion is open to financial CHRG Members over the age eighteen (18), except employees of the promotor and their spouses, and Directors of the promotor and their spouses.
15. In the event of technical failure (including but not limited to the EBET promotion system, EBET Membership Terminal and PA system) may be postponed or cancelled. Management discretion applies and negations will not be entered. In the event of cancellation on a weekly draw, the prizing of cancelled draws is forfeited, and the value of the cancelled draw will be added to the following week's weekly draw.
16. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no factor in determining a winner.
17. Castle Hill RSL reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
