CHRG ‘Update Your Contact Details’ Member Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. CHRG ‘Update Your Contact Details’ member promotion will commence on Friday 6th October 2023 at 10:00am and will conclude on Monday 13th November 2023 at 12:00pm.
2. The ‘Update Your Contact Details’ prize pool will consist of $200 in Bonus points that can be redeemed at any CHRG venue.
3. The ‘Update Your Contact Details’ Promotion will be conducted at Castle Hill RSL Club, located at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154, Club Parramatta, located at 2 Macquarie Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, Lynwood Golf and Country Club, located at 4 Pitt Town Bottoms Rd, Pitt Town NSW 2756 and Castle Hill Bowling Club, located at 79 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154,
4. A ‘Update Your Contact Details’ entry will be generated upon completion of the ‘Update Your Contact Details’ form, accessible via https://forms.office.com/r/jwDcLnjuAi
5. Castle Hill RSL Club LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Castle Hill RSL Club’) at 77 Castle Street Castle Hill NSW 2154, phone 02 8858 4800 is the promoter of the Promotion.
6. Entry into the ‘Update Your Contact Details’ member promotion is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
How to Enter
7. CHRG Members can enter the ‘Update Your Contact Details’ draws by:
a. Completing the ‘Update Your Contact Details’ form accessible here: https://forms.office.com/r/jwDcLnjuAi
b. One entry per member will be entered into the draw.
Prize Draw
8. The prize draw will take place at Castle Hill RSL Club on Monday 13th of November 2023 at 12pm.
9. The draw will be conducted using a OLGR approved random number generator
10. Members do not need to be present at Castle Hill RSL Club to win, with the winning member to be notified via phone, with the prize of $200 in Bonus Points to be loaded onto the members card upon notification of the win.
General Terms and Conditions
11. Winners do not need to be physically and personally present at Castle Hill RSL Club to claim their prize.
12. Suspended and unfinancial members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter or claim prizes as part of this promotion.
13. Participation in the ‘Update Your Contact Details’ promotion is open to financial CHRG Members over the age eighteen (18), except employees of the promotor and their spouses, and Directors of the promotor and their spouses.
14. In the event of technical failure (including but not limited to the promotion system) the promotion may be postponed or cancelled. Management discretion applies and negations will not be entered.
15. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no factor in determining a winner.
16. Castle Hill RSL Club reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
