Castle Hill RSL ‘Get Set for Summer’ Promotion Terms and Conditions NSW Permit Number: TP/00164 _______________________________________________________________________

1. Castle Hill RSL ‘Get Set for Summer’ member promotion will commence on Thursday 12th October 2023 at 10:00am and will conclude on Wednesday 29th November 2023 at 8:00pm.

2. The ‘Get Set for Summer’ member promotion will consist of a weekly draw each Wednesday between Wednesday 18th October 2023 at 7:00pm and Wednesday 22nd November, and a major draw at 7pm on Wednesday 29th November 2023, concluding at 8:00pm.

3. ‘Get Set for Summer’ weekly draws will be from a weekly prize pool of $1,700 which can be redeemed in Coles gift cards.

4. ‘Get Set for Summer’ major draw consists of a major prize, and a second chance draw. The total prize pool is valued at $37,000. a. The Major prize will be a Hyundai Venue Elite in Atlas White valued at $32,000 drive away. b. The second chance draw consists of $5,000 worth of cash.

5. The total prize pool for the ‘Get Set for Summer’ promotion is $47,200.

6. Each ‘Get Set for Summer’ draw will be conducted at Castle Hill RSL, located at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill 2154.

7. ‘Get Set for Summer’ entries will be generated by members swiping their membership card at the EBET members terminal.

8. Castle Hill RSL Club LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Castle Hill RSL’) at 77 Castle Street Castle Hill 2154, phone 02 8858 4800 is the promoter of the Promotion.

9. Entry into the ‘Get Set for Summer’ member promotion is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

How to Enter 10. CHRG Members can enter the weekly ‘Get Set for Summer’ draws by: a. Swiping their members card at the EBET members terminal to earn a ticket. b. Ticket will be printed at the terminal at time of swiping. c. One ticket per day, per member will be awarded. d. Tickets are to be placed in the ‘Get Set for Summer’ barrel by members.

Weekly Draws 11. On each Wednesday during the promotion period, seven (7) draws will take place from 7:00pm with one (1) prize to be drawn every 20 minutes until all prizes have been won.

12. The draw will be conducted by a Promotion Host drawing a ticket from the ‘Get Set for Summer’ barrel. The Promotion Host will then call the winning membership name via the

public address system and ask them to physically present themselves at the Promotions Area.

13. The winning member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize from the Promotions Area. If a winner does not present themselves within the allotted time, another entry will be drawn, and the process repeated until a winner is found.

14. The weekly prize pool is $1,700 which can be redeemed in Coles gift cards.

15. The prizes are in the below breakdown: 1. 7:00pm - $200 Coles Gift card 2. 7:20pm - $200 Coles Gift card 3. 7:40pm - $200 Coles Gift card 4. 8:20pm - $200 Coles Gift card 5. 8:40pm - $200 Coles Gift card 6. 9:00pm - $200 Coles Gift card 7. 9:20pm - $500 Coles Gift card 16. If any prizes are unclaimed after 2 hours and 30 minutes since the start of the draw, the last membership number drawn will be the winner regardless of their attendance at the draw and will be notified on the next business day. The winning member/s will need to claim their prize within 3 months from being notified. If the prize is not claimed, a comparable redraw will take place.

17. A maximum of one (1) prize can be claimed by a CHRG member during each week of the ‘Get Set for Summer’ promotion. Where a winning member is drawn and has already claimed a prize during that promotion week, a redraw will take place with the new winning member having four (4) minutes to claim their prize from the Promotions Area. If a winner does not present themselves within the allotted time, another entry will be drawn, and the process repeated until a winner is found.

18. At the conclusion of each ‘Get Set for Summer’ weekly draw, all entries will be removed from the barrel and placed in storage to be used for the Major draw.

Major Draw 19. The major draw will take place on Wednesday 29th of November 2023 from 7pm 20. Major Prize is a Hyundai Venue Elite in Atlas White valued at $32,000 drive away.

21. All tickets from the weekly draws will be placed into the barrel for the major draw.

22. Members must be present at Castle Hill RSL and claim the prize within 4 minutes to win the Major prize.

23. A winner will be drawn every 4 minutes from 7pm until the prize is claimed or up until 7.45pm, whichever occurs first. If the prize is still unclaimed it will be drawn as an additional prize in the second chance draw.

Second Chance Draws 24. The second chance draw will run in conjunction with the Major Draw on Wednesday 29th of November 2023.

25. The Prizes are 5 x $1000 cash.

26. Members can swipe their card at the EBET members terminal between 10:00am and 6:30pm to receive one ticket, on the day of the major draw. This ticket is to be placed in the second change draw barrel.

27. Members can only redeem one second change ticket per member.

28. Members must be present at Castle Hill RSL and claim the prize within 4 minutes to win the second chance prizes.

General Terms and Conditions 29. Winners must be physically and personally present at Castle Hill RSL to claim their prize within the allotted promotion claim period and must sign in the ‘Winner’s Prize Log’ that their prize has been accepted.

30. Suspended and unfinancial members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter or claim prizes as part of this promotion.

31. Participation in the ‘Get Set for Summer’ promotion is open to financial CHRG Members over the age eighteen (18), except employees of the promotor and their spouses, and Directors of the promotor and their spouses.

32. In the event of technical failure (including but not limited to the EBET promotion system, EBET Membership Terminal and PA system) may be postponed or cancelled. Management discretion applies and negations will not be entered.

33. Proof of identity must be presented to claim a prize.

34. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no factor in determining a winner.

35. Castle Hill RSL reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
