I AM authentic, sensitive and family oriented. I was born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. I have two sisters, a brother, and beautiful parents who have taught me the true value of love and responsibility.

CHIC. Michell, what does it mean to be Miss Earth to you?

Michell. A goal achieved without a doubt, a dream that I set myself for and was able to see realized with the greatest of success.

CHIC. In your process of becoming a beauty queen, what was the most difficult thing and what did you have to do to overcome it?

Michell. The most difficult part was being apart from my family. When you have a passion and the desire to live your dreams for something you have worked for with dedication, shows that every effort has its rewards.

CHIC. Do you consider internal beauty an essential part of being a representative of external beauty?

Michell. Internal beauty is essential as Beauty Queens. We must have that human warmth and sensitivity to put a grain of sand with the best we know and be an example. Beauty with a purpose is more important than simply beauty and that is what every queen should realize.

CHIC. Is there something that very few or no one knows about you that you would like to share?

Michell. I am a lover of boxing, it is something that very few people know.

CHIC. How did your life changed after winning Miss Earth?

Michell. Miss Earth undoubtedly marked a before and after in every aspect of my life specially personally. I have also experienced a lot of growth professionally with many work proposals at a public figure level. Best of it all, it’s been my process of becoming a better person.

CHIC. Could you give an inspiring message to those who want to embark on a path that you have already conquered?

Michell. My message is for you to enjoy every moment of what you choose to experience to the fullest. Always bearing in mind that with effort and dedication you can achieve everything you set yourself for.

And never forget to be yourself no matter what without losing your essence as a person.

JU World Health Consciousness / Environmental Artist Life is nothing but a "Gift" and that our creator allows us the opportunity to evolve and grow; specially through life's challenges and obstacles.

The art world has always been her passion.

She has traveled extensively and studied art history, modern art, postmodern art, contemporary art as well post contemporary art.

She developed her art skills and adopted her art expression as she recovered from a grueling episode of ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She describes this time of “crisis” as a “State of Grace”.

There were occasions when it took her several weeks to create small art pieces due to her debilitating state of energy weakness/ fatigue. Her spiritual philosophy of life/faith and Art expression have served as a healing vehicle.

As she has gotten healthier, her passion for her Art and environmental consciousness has grown intensely. She has produced several Art collections of about 200 pieces of Art while bedridden/homebound and in recovery.

These collections’ purpose is to raise funding for awareness, research and the Gift of a cure for ME/CFS and many other world health illnesses, and awaken our environmental and world health consciousness.

How is your ART a reflection of your mission and the concept of ONENESS? Human health should be a priority on planet earth. All my artwork is simply a vehicle to raise world health consciousness and advance higher vibrations of the planet to a higher frequency and assist non-profit organizations, medical doctors and scientists to be able to serve a higher purpose for “self” and “humanity” through increased awareness, medical research and altruistic means.”

Everyone is just an aspect of one being.

We have been conditioned to focus on differences rather than similarities, to see what separates us rather than what joins us. From this slanted perspective, we fail to see that the essence in me is the essence in you. We are not closed systems. In truth,

science has found that we all are 99.9% space. In what way is spaciousness not unified?

Our heart knows and understands our essential Oneness, but the mind cannot go there without breaking up the illusion of separateness, and dissolving its own illusory self. It is the strong identification that we hold with the mind that keeps us from knowing that we are all aspects of one being.

This contemplation is from the perspective of higher states of consciousness.

When the mind stops, the truth of Oneness emerges. As the mind slows, we can get glimpses of truth in which one can see that in the place of separateness, is a vast interconnected and aware livingness perfectly moving itself. At the highest level, we are taught that there is only existence, consciousness, and bliss.

What is the main purpose of SANARTE? The main purpose of SANARTE is to use my artwork as a higher state of “compassion” to gather valuable monetary resources in the form of world contributions, private philanthropy, and all other types of donations in order to make a difference in scientific health research worldwide.

Could you share the biggest struggle you’ve been through to make your dream a reality The biggest struggle to make my dream a reality is the limited physical energy production I have due to my ME/CFS health condition. My Artwork collections while bedridden/homebound depict an experience reflective of a “State of Grace”; and it was created to inspire all medical scientists to continue their research so that treatments and cures for all medical diseases affecting humanity can be found.

How is your organization going to help solve health issues and how is it different from what other health organizations are doing?

The intention of my non-profit organization is very fresh, unique and different from other health organizations because it uses

post contemporary Art collections as a vehicle to achieve healing and a more spiritual and environmental “awakened” state by elevating world health.

We are gradually moving from the “Age of Information” into the “Age of Consciousness/Oneness ”. We are slowly beginning to look for answers within ourselves in search of fulfillment. These Art collections involve becoming aware and growing closer to our “higher conscious self” and our “environment” Mother Earth.

I believe this energy can be un-leashed to co-create a more beautiful environmentally safe world that is surrounded by higher emotions such as love, peace, compassion, generosity, courage, prosperity, and integrity through the use of “Oneness/Consciousness” for our world.

Each piece was carefully meditated upon and positive “intentions” were transformed as energy on canvas. Allow the Art pieces like crystals to choose you as opposed to you choosing them. You will attract what your subconscious “seeks” or “needs”. The “intention” will bring clarity in your life and you will receive and attract as you bring your unconscious higher self to a conscious state making it part of your belief system.

I allow my emotions (energy in motion) on the canvas to flow through freely without any resistance, hence, opening the divine within to serve a higher purpose in my life. I transform “obstacles” into “missions” through spirituality that raises our “environmental consciousness” and values of “human health” in our world.

Who is Matías De Estefano and what is your purpose in this lifetime?

You’re aware of all your past lives. Are you aware of any of your future lives?

I’m 32 years old and I’m from a small town in Argentina. I was raised in an agnostic home where there was no spirituality or anything of that sort; however, because of my essence I was able to remember everything all my past lives, including everything I have done before I was born.

Yes I do remember some aspects of my future. Actually last week I had a confirmation about these memories but never had the specific information. So recently I was able to recall lives on Earth and in other planets.

My family thought I was only being creative so they allowed me to express myself because they didn’t know I was expressing my spirituality. So from a very young age I understood my mission and purpose on Earth.

I knew I was someone that had come here to remember. I used to say that my essence, mission and purpose in life came down to that one word “remember”.

The word remember has three different meanings, the first is “to bring memories from the past'' and we all know this. The second meaning is to “put all the members together”, this is to reunite all things we have separated in the universe. We simply don’t understand that everything is eternally connected so my mission is to put it all together by educating and helping others to remember as well. This is why I travel around the planet to connect these memories that have been lost.

The third meaning is that “I AM”. The Latin root of the word remember is re (new) cordis (heart) which literally means to go back to the heart (the core). And that is my purpose, to remember that I AM and this is the most important concept in the universe.

Basically the word remember is the summary of who I AM and why I AM here.

In the universe time doesn’t really exist.

When I refer to future or past lives, they are only a remembrance of a different aspect of myself in different levels of vibration.

These “imaginary friends” are “you” in the future guiding you?

Yes of course, and that is exactly how it is. To understand it better we should think about the origin of everything. When you go to the origin of the universe there was nothing so if there was nothing there was only a possibility, this means that only the future existed. So all possibilities exist before someone can experience them. Everything is a projection; everything we call “masters, angels” or any being from the universe giving us guidance are beings in the future not the past. They are simply projections from the very core of the universe and there are some spots in the universe that decide to live the present. By deciding a path in the future patterns get created and those are called “past”. And this is why the past is the last thing that gets created in the cosmos.

So we are now in the past looking to experience the present and live “here and now” because this is our doorway to create the future. Any being guiding us from a higher level of consciousness usually is communicating to us from the future.

At what age did you feel you were different and how did that make you feel?

Are “all” guides future versions of ourselves or are there other masters also guiding us?

I guess since I was around 7 years old I knew I was “weird” but for me it was normal.

Everything I experienced was very different from my other friends and family. Everyone saw the world from a very human perspective and I didn’t, I even had “imaginary friends” that taught me about emotions, other realities, nature and how to treat other humans. So even though I lived a “normal” life “, my “invisible friends” would always be very present helping me to remember and to understand the world.

This depends on each individual and their own level of consciousness and understanding. In a quantum level of reality I don’t exist. I’m just a reflection or atoms, particles of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen etc. You don’t really exist either; in fact, we are not even having this interview right now. In order for humans to understand the universal mind, those atoms they are created from decided to express themselves in different ways so they can see each other and interact with others and that’s how we “exist”.

At the age of 12 I really realized how weird I was because that’s when I started to experience a reality that no one else could understand. That's when I started to remember the most and I was even bullied by it because people thought I was a “weirdo”.

The same thing happens with these guides from other dimensions. It is us manifested into many other beings. Here is a paradox: "In the very beginning of it all nothing really exists but we somehow do exist and because of it we need to experience “an

illusion of separation”. Same thing happens with the existence of God, he/she only exists because we believe it. However, this consciousness expressed itself and "created us". The point is to realize the concept of “Oneness”, the concept of the I AM where we are all united and there's no separation.

Everything “outside you” is a projection of what's "inside you”. But even knowing this you also have to acknowledge other beings' existence; you cannot say “that tree, those people or these guides don’t exist” because I know I am one with them. You simply recognize their existence and the oneness that exists between you and them.

So to answer this question we are both "ONE" but also we are unique expressions of all.

So the concept of Oneness “I AM ONE with everything” is what is going to catapult us to become better human beings?

Yes, the I AM concept will take humans to a higher level of consciousness. It will take us from the concept of being in a survival mode “like animals” to beings of self-awareness that realize that we are one with plants, minerals, the universe and all there is.

Can you explain how dimensions work?

The third dimension is like a triangle and the most important triangle is “dad, mom and myself”, “positive, negative and neutral” or “proton, electron, neutron” also known as the Holy Trinity. And the Trinity in this dimension represents “Light, Depth and Height” to move and understand reality using the concept of “past, present and future”. This is why it’s called the third dimension because everything is based on the number 3.

Now on the 4th dimension there is another point that watches all this process outside of the trinity and looks at the entire process.

Therefore the concept of time is different and there’s no “past, present and future”. In this dimension time becomes eternal and it is outside space which is “Depth, Height and Width” and this is what we call “Ether - Eternal”. The shape of this dimension is more like a square which is our reality observed from another perspective. Everything that happens in the third dimension is the same in the fourth dimension without time or space.

Basically anyone that ends up in the fourth dimension is trapped eternally in what he/ she is. But then you have a 5th point above the square of the 4th dimension and that creates a pyramid shape; that is what we

know as the 5th dimension.

The 5th dimension is going out of time and space and understanding the eternity that you have become. This eternity is conditioned by something that you have felt and being in the third dimension. From this higher level of consciousness you can see yourself and become the master and the guide of yourself in the third dimension. At this level you can see your entire purpose and this is why most people want to experience the 5th dimension but it’s not that easy.

To experience the 5th dimension you need to do a lot of inner work before you realize eternity and your own limitless capacity here in the third dimension. This is why you must transform yourself in order to project in the fifth dimension and become a more aware being. That’s why people that are trapped in fear, anger, hate and any lower emotions cannot connect to these 5th dimensional masters and receive their guidance.

So when we break out of all fears and limitations you will start to hear the answers you’re searching for.

I DON’T BELIEVE IN A GOD OUTSIDE OF ME I KNOW I’M AN EXPRESSION OF IT AND I CALL IT “I AM”.

Who are your guides on Earth?

My friends are. The wisdom I receive from the universe is not the same wisdom I need at an emotional level. I have friends that know much more about emotions than me; I probably know more about how emotions are created, I just don’t know how to handle them sometimes. I am always open to learning because that’s how the universe works; “it continuously expands”.

So when I need advice I usually go to my friends, I don’t go to “universal masters” because most times I don’t even know the names of those masters! Basically I always look for someone in my circle that has a different perspective than me.

At what point are these “extraterrestrial” beings going to make themselves more noticeable to humans so we can live in communion or unity with them?

I’d say maybe about 2,000 year from now. There is still so much we have to learn about them because we still think of them as “Aliens” and that’s a problem. Just the word indicates that you are not from here and that you don’t belong. Humans don’t even understand that you are all the same and the problem starts there. Humans are still dealing with issues about territory, race, religion or culture. Imagine accepting a being from another planet. Sometimes we cannot even get along with our own family; imagine that!

Extraterrestrial beings have been observing us for a long time, they are already here but they cannot help us. They can only advise us but they will not free us and the problem is that many people in this “New Age” believe in Aliens like Christians believe in Jesus. These beings are not saviors, they are family and they also have their process just like we do. Most of them look at us as “seeds” not even as “humans”. To them Earth is like a greenhouse; they take care of us like baby plants that are trying to become something. Just like plants that cannot understand agriculture, humans cannot understand the universe as extraterrestrials do.

Is it overwhelming to know so much information, does it affect your life in any way?

I don’t deprive myself from doing things and having fun but if I have a mission to do and I don’t do it everything goes “wrong”. So yes it is frustrating, as a human I’m not supposed to understand all perspectives of the sphere. I’ve been working on my mission for 12,000 years; this time is nothing for the soul but to the body

it is way too much time! When I see the news and how we behave as humanity I think “12,000 years and everything is the same?” so I question “when are we going to learn”? Many masters have walked the Earth giving humanity different tools in many ways to see if they work and we always end up in the same place, so that’s very frustrating.

Also when I look at myself in the mirror sometimes I say “How can I still be messing up!”. Because If I’ve been doing this for 12,000 years, that means I’m doing the same too!

Have you had any challenges during your process and did you ever feel like giving up?

Yes I constantly think about it and say to myself “screw this, I’m doing something else!” but after 5 minutes I go back to my senses. Although I am very involved in the spiritual world I don’t consider myself a spiritual person, I don't meditate, I don’t talk to guides or search for answers. I’m just open for whatever is meant to happen and flow with the cosmos.

When I was younger I got frustrated, upset, sad and I went through all kinds of emotions. I remember I would just write about how I was feeling and drew maps. Every time I did this, it gave me a higher perspective of the situation I was experiencing. With time this process became shorter. In the beginning it would take months; then weeks and then hours, now it only takes me minutes to come back to my center. My process has been very intense, I suffered a lot and lost the sight of my path many times but I always pushed myself to get back on track again and again.

When I feel out of balance I just take a walk without any expectations and simply wait for the signs. The universe has a way to give me the answers really fast because I’m open to it. I always allow myself to feel the way I do and not go against it because the universe works with energy and all emotions are energy. Sometimes you just need that frustration because it recharges you. When you understand the process you no longer fall into frustration or depression but rather you use these emotions to push yourself back up.

Do you have any fears, what makes you tremble or uncomfortable?

There are mostly two things, one is the fear of being alone “loneliness". Don’t take me wrong, I love to be alone sometimes but when you are aware of how the universe works and you connect to the memory of the “void”, you realize that nothing exists and that you are alone.

The perception of oneness as a human is beautiful because you feel connected to everything but the perception from the cosmos is “there’s nothing else but me”. And that scares me because that fear makes no sense and makes me question if what I do is worth it.

I fear that I’m doing all this work and I could be doing something else. Even so I believe in what I do sometimes I think “what if none of this is true, what if all this is an illusion?” and my mind says “it is an illusion, so go and have fun with it”. But then my soul says “I don’t want to play and have fun, I need to know that all this has a meaning”. And finally spirit says “okay then so give it a meaning”.

So basically this is a fear my soul has not my spirit; the soul is constantly concerned about it.

Can you define the difference between soul and spirit?

Spirit is the eternal existence and the es-

sence of everything (vibration). The soul is the motion that moves through everything (energy). The body is the vessel where the soul and spirit reside (matter). They are all the same in different states just like water that can be solid, liquid and gas.

Do you have any goals and what are you doing to achieve them?

My personal dream is to be able to apply everything I know at a governmental decision making level so I can help change people’s lives. Not so much as a politician because I think governments are a very old system that we no longer need.

At the moment I am trying to focus on working on myself and be as coherent as I can. I cannot represent or help others if I cannot help myself first.

What is the most impactful message you have received for humanity?

Humans are the evolutionary and biological expression of Earth. We are the physical proof that the planet is thinking on her own.

The reason why every culture, nation, philosophy or religion exists is not because humans created them, the Earth did through human thoughts. Humans are the just neurons of the planet’s brain experiencing creation. The planet is the one thinking and the one that achieved the evolutionary thought process and that’s why we are here.

We are the living cells of this consciousness, part of an entire organism and sometimes we forget. We are neurons creating thoughts, ideas and the organism we call “Earth” is thinking; we are only the living proof. This is why we need to be conscious of the planet because our thoughts are her thoughts.

So why are humans destroying this planet and the environment?

Because we don’t know the real consequences of the things we do. Just like when you drink a Coca-Cola or alcoholic beverage, or eat fast food and smoke. You know this is not good and even so still do it.

We believe that Earth is like a Goddess and knows everything but in the universe Earth is like a 3 year old baby trying to learn how to speak and she’s just playing. She’s in a process of evolution and just like we sometimes have bad or good thoughts; so does the Earth, because we are only a reflection of her. It is not humans hurting the planet; she is the one hurting herself because she created us, we are her thoughts.

This is why it is important that we change our thoughts, so we can change the way we experience life. I believe knowing biology is more important than being spiritual. Spirituality is very attached to religious beliefs and religion created “good” and “bad” and this concept says “avoid the bad” - “follow the good”. You are conditioned to believe that there is “punishment” for the bad and a “reward” for the good you do and that’s a lie.

Could you share a piece of advice on how one can become self realized?

The first understanding is to never copy what people do or compare our success with the success of others. Humans are like trees and have different fruits to offer. Imagine a lemon tree trying to be an apple tree and wanting to give the best apples or even worse; wanting to become an apple. And if every lemon tree wants to become an apple, then we will never have good lemon juice.

Each of us has a unique way to become who we are meant to become. Some people need to meditate, some people don’t.

Some people become self aware through music, art or religion. The first thing is to get out of the box of limited beliefs that tell you that in order for you to become self realized you need to follow certain steps. Everything in your life will come naturally to you when you naturally do what you are meant to do; and what you are meant to do is what makes you happy. Because what makes you happy will reflect in other people’s happiness as well.

It is not about changing people’s lives but to do something that changes your own life and that is what self realization is. But if you don’t know how to start you can follow the first three steps regardless of your beliefs.

1st. (Body) This is the most difficult one and it’s about changing your diet. Food is the basis of Enlightenment, it’s not meditation.

No matter how much you meditate, what matters is what you are. Enlightenment doesn’t happen somewhere above us; it is the movement of electrons in our body. So in order to change your vibration to a higher frequency, you need to change the vibration of the food you put in your body. So to become Light you need to eat light.

So to become Light you need to eat light.

Eat more veggies, fruits and seeds. They have been through the process of photosynthesis, all these products come directly from Light. This is a way to start to awaken the potential of light within yourself.

2nd (Soul) This is through breathing because when you do it consciously it balances all the energy of your body. The more oxygen you have, the more relaxed your brain will be and it will also be easier for the heart to perform in ease. Through breathing techniques all the systems within your body become stable and this is why the most important aspect of meditation is to breathe through the nose, never through the mouth.

There are many breathing techniques you can practice and I suggest you find one you feel appropriate to your own process.

3rd (Spirit) Simply laugh a lot, more than you possibly can (not at other people) laugh with your friends, of yourself, when you make “mistakes” and just any time you have an opportunity. Because when you are in a state of joy, you connect to a higher vibrational frequency of the Spirit. Very simple things can change your life.

Don’t

run away from lower emotions like "anger or frustration" but rather give them purpose; at that moment these energies start to align and serve your own purpose .

The same energy that creates hate is the same energy that creates love.

The story of Ricardo González is an inexhaustible book, as he delved into the investigation of the UFO phenomenon - following an extraordinary sighting in Peru - when he was a teenager. Ricardo claims to have come into contact with extraterrestrial intelligences linked to the Alpha Centauri stellar region. "They" would have announced contact experiences in advance that could be verified on eight occasions by journalists and specialists in the UFO phenomenon.

am very grateful for the invitation and the opportunity to share these experiences that I affirm to have had, the investigations that, as you know, I have been carrying out for almost 30 years; not with the intention that people believe in these things, but that they can contrast it, they can verify it and they can think about this incredible and wonderful possibility that we are not alone, and that becoming aware that we are not alone also produces an expansion of consciousness, and an expansion of consciousness can lead you to make better decisions for the world to come, especially in these very particular times that we are living now.

Ricardo, do you think the information received by extraterrestrial beings is a matter of frequency and resonance?

Yes on the subject of contactism where you observe, perceive things, remember things; it's part of your own experience. Contactees can receive this universal information because they resonate with it, because they vibrate with that information, because they tune into that data or with that knowledge.

But it is still an act of faith because there are things that are incontestable, that are the personal experiences of the contactees. However; when these experiences have witnesses, film, photographs, then the information can be corroborated over time, and everything that can be confirmed. It is important for an audience that, perhaps, needs, and should be, a grip on the statements being heard. As the American astronomer Carl Sagan mentioned in his day: "Every extraordinary statement requires extraordinary confirmation".

Do you think that contact is also a matter of personal memory and that is why you resonate?

At some level yes. There are stories, information that you suddenly hear and you tune in because perhaps you’ve experienced it in your own personal history. When I speak of personal history I do not mean this personal human history. Although this sounds quite controversial, I refer to memories from somewhere in our consciousness or our spirit. I know this sounds very mystical and new age but it could be like that. All that knowledge, that information can be stored in our DNA and be remembered at some point in time.

That is why there are stories that link us to lost civilizations that we didn't know existed and perhaps even history ignores. This phenomenon in my understanding can occur when an individual connects with a story because it is part of it. There is an old mystical-esoteric quote that says: "To know the truth you have to be part of it".

You must be involved so the only thing we are doing on this path, perhaps, is remembering.

Could you give us your understanding of what is the relationship between the beings with whom you have contact and humanity?

What makes us one with them?

This is a very deep question, complex to answer. A long time ago

civilizations from other worlds, from other realities have been among us. They have visited the earth even before the human species appeared in this world. They could have helped in seeding life on the planet, have even intervened in prototypes - ancestors of man so that they later become the Homo Sapiens Sapiens that we are today.

Then in some way, we would be descendants or we are part of a trunk of participation of extraterrestrial civilizations that were in the past. That's to answer the first part of the question "What is our connection to them?" Those civilizations from another world, I reiterate, would have participated in a project of evolution on the planet.

This does not mean that God does not exist, for those who have a very important religious faith. I personally do not believe in the God who punishes or rewards people who behave badly or well, sitting on a golden throne in heaven.

I totally admit the existence of an intelligent cosmic order, which would be almost the same but dehumanizing all these stories. So, the fact that extraterrestrial civilizations have participated in the evolution of man and that is why we are connected with them, does not mean that there is no intelligent cosmic order or God. The last thing I wanted to say to close the answer. Notice that just as we are connected with them because they participated in the beginning of our history; it is likely that we are also connected with these so-called “Extraterrestrial Groups” as our descendants in space. That is our descendants who traveled to space to colonize new lands to try to safeguard the human species. That in the face of crises that

we could experience in our world here on earth; would in the future become the current “Extraterrestrials”.

How did the contact start and why did they choose you?

I am not a special person at all. I think that you have to be very careful when you live these types of experiences or claim to receive information. In reality what is special is the message, the experience itself and not those who claim to have faced the impossible.

Everything started when I was very young. First with sightings and lights that I had observed on the outskirts of the city of Lima, Peru in the area "Sierra de Chosica". In 1988 being a 13-14 year old boy, I observed in broad daylight a bright luminous object moving without emitting any noise over the city and in the direction of the ocean.

Then throughout that year, the media spoke of an intense wave of UFO observations in Peru.

There I discovered, as a teenager that "UFO" is not a New Age term, mystical-esoteric term but a military one, created by the United States Air Force, and I said: "Shut, this is a pretty serious topic and I experienced it”. The big event happened 5 years later in 1993.

If I remember correctly it was October. I was studying and for a moment I closed my notebooks to relax and take a break. At that moment I heard a voice in my head; I was not hallucinating, it was not a delirium, I did not fall asleep! I heard a very clear voice, it was the voice of a man with a neutral accent that said something lik - "Do not stop looking, we are extraterrestrial beings entering into communication with you. You will live a preparation so that later on you can meet us”.

Could you tell us a little more about that face-to-face sighting that you had with these beings? Have you been to their ships or place of origin?

I will start by saying that I have not traveled physically to the planet of origin of these beings. They have an extraordinary ability to create very complex holograms in the desert, or the mountains where one is having the experience of contact. I’m not sure if everything happens in your brain as they are great telepaths. They make you live an immersive experience of other worlds no matter where you are physically located at that moment.

The first time I saw one of these "extraterrestrial" beings was on August 30th, 1997 in the Chilca desert. I was invited to have contact with these beings through telepathic communication. I was accompanied by 2 other friends that were school classmates at the time.

When we arrived at the desert these objects appeared, there were lights not only above our camp but also almost at ground level. They were throwing flashes and then there was a very loud noise, a metallic sound arose, as if it were a metallic buzz that first made “plank, plank” and it remained constant.

All of the sudden a very tall male silhouette appeared in the middle of the night. He approached me, I got very nervous, I tried to get closer to have communication and I said: “This can not be true”. I tried to convince myself that I was imagining things In a situation of crisis and even fear. Not because I felt that this was something negative, but because of the surprise, because of the experience of the unknown, I said : “No, this cannot be happening. I'm in the desert, the lights got me confused, the invitation, my nervousness, I am only imagining things”.

Suddenly the male silhouette lit up from the bottom up with a ring of light. He was illuminated intensely, it was clearly a man with Nordic

features. He was about 25-30 meters away. He was almost 3 meters tall, so I was not looking at a normal person. He was dressed in a silver looking jumpsuit; I’m not sure, it was my perception. He illuminated himself with that ring of light that covered his entire body like a second skin, only leaving his hands and face uncovered.

He introduced himself with the name of “Antarel”. He invited me to have closer contact and join him inside the luminous floating object about 30 meters from the ground. I couldn't do it, I was in a very nervous state. He told me that when I felt ready, we would have a longer - closer contact and that everything would be fine. I came back to the camp broken in tears, my companions had stayed, they did not meet face to face with this being. I told them the experience about the alineship I was asked to board but wasn’t able to. At that moment a kind of yellowish light lit up strongly and it rose from the hill. We all saw this together, and the object immediately left.

This was the first face to face frustrated contact with this being. We all got excited about it at that time. I understood that these beings we were in contact with were respectful of our preparation, our reactions and our emotions. Several years of preparation and attempts that were also quite difficult and frustrating have passed. Finally on February 24th, 2001, In that same desert I was taken through a solid beam of light that left me weightless. I went inside an object that was hidden above a low cloud mattress and inside that object I interviewed these beings.

I was with them for several hours; however, little time had passed on my watch “about 1 hour and 20 minutes or so”.

One of the most extraordinary things they told me among other things is that they had detected a source of tension in the United States. That there was an event going to explode in New York City which was to occur between September 2nd and 12th and that this would lead to a major conflict with the Middle East.

Where are these beings from?

Antarel who was the main interlocutor in this experience, claims to come from the triple star system of Alpha Centauri. Alpha Centauri is a triple star system that is composed of 3 stars: Proxima Centauri, which is the closest to us, that is why it is called proxima which means “closest”. It is about 4.3 light years away; then Alpha Centauri and Alpha Centauri B. What is their cosmic legacy?

We have devoted a lot of effort over many years to talking about these “fanciful stories” , that heritage, that legacy. For example; of wars of extraterrestrial civilizations that speak of the importance of Orion, the importance of Egypt which speak of the contact that our ancestors had with civilizations of other worlds. Stories of genetic projects, of clashes of forces, of places of power on earth that are grouped through these nodes or this energy network. All this we have been spreading for decades, not only 3 or 4 years ago but de-

cades ago. I know that we have inspired many people who are also talking about them, because it is part of a fascinating story and it is amazing.

For this reason, I created my website that spreads information about all my work ”Legadocosmico.com”. I gave it that name because it was the inheritance of a cosmic history that goes beyond everything we have learned about extraterrestrial cultures, other realities, other dimensions.

This cosmic inheritance - “here comes the good”, says that the earth is a school planet. That everything that happens in our world is a learning experience not only for humanity but that it would also affect “by domino effect”, to other civilizations in the universe - This is an incredible thing. This cosmic inheritance at the same time becomes a human inheritance for our “creative parents”.

What are they doing right now to promote the awakening of consciousness on Earth? How are they helping us?

They are trying to intervene as little as possible because it is not their responsibility. They could but they will not. I often hear comments like: “Why didn't they avoid what happened in the twin towers? Or why didn’t they avoid the spread of the virus and the measurements that some governments are taking?

For some people they are very controversial. Why not cure the greatest diseases that humanity faces? Why don't they help remove the filth that humans have generated in the oceans and the forests? Why don't they put out our wildfires? Why don't they do everything for us?

To what they would probably answer: “why the f... do you live on earth for?” What is the purpose of you as humanity living on planet Earth then? Different types of beings send information and contribute with a non-participatory observation protocol and in a very measured way. Not only affecting ordinary people as has been my case as one of many witnesses in the world; but also people who have a lot of influence at the military and political level.

They are doing silent work, not public. Little by little these changes can be generated. They say however; that the main work is on our own merit “the humans” and that in the end we are going to rediscover that the most important contact we have to establish is not with them, but among us and with our own selves.

We are all conscious energy that is distributed harmonically and symmetrically in the fabric of the universe, the multiverse, to be more exact. All the experiences that make us grow and although this sounds very cliché, are the experiences of love, compassion, forgiveness and ONENESS. This is what really makes us grow and we need to understand these aspects not only as beautiful emotions. This is not about meditating, becoming vegetarian, or talking about spiritual issues to save the world; no, but about action, coherence, and a life ready to serve others.

Each of us has a role which we can contribute to humanity so that we can inherit our new generations. A more fair, more equal, more harmonious world! But we must first believe it to be able to create it.

Actions are not born alone, they are based on the exercise of pure and positive thinking, that's where you have to start.

After actions occur they transform themselves into emanations of being and only then we will know who we really are.

I believe that these times we are living are difficult so we must banish all fears. We start to question everything and that’s okay for a moment but at some point stop and go in silence and see where you are.

Circumstances that we are facing as a collective require an analysis like we’ve never done before. We must ask ourselves, where is the world headed to? Where is our life going? What are our values? Beyond the fact that this situation we are experiencing is 100% real or that it has been manipulated. There are many theories; you know what I am referring to, but it is a situation that is happening. This situation should lead us to understand who we are, where we are situated, and as I say, banish fear.

I am convinced that we will overcome this stage because after the storm the sun rises. After this is over we have to be better people, we have to look at the world from another perspective and build a better future. Have confidence on your spiritual path, let nothing affect your self-esteem and fill you with doubts.

We are being led to a sacred place. In fact we are being shown that we are living inside that ALTAR... It is our body temple, a space so evident which shows us with a lively voice that we have been deaf, negligent and selfish.
