I once walked into a gift shop in Northern California and the lady at the registered asked - where are you visiting us from? I replied “Miami”. She looked surprised and said “Oh, the walking dead!”.
I constantly hear that the people in Miami are superficial, materialistic, that we are corrupted and that we have lost our morals.
I disagree, I believe that people in Miami are wonderful, hardworking individuals, fearless and entrepreneurial. I moved to this wonderful place almost 20 years ago and I have always been around extraordinary men and women that have been crucial for my growth and expansion.
My job today is to “listen - the oldest way of learning known to man”.
